When looking for a tractor I researched a bunch. I learned a lot of times your actually buying the dealer and not the brand if that makes sense? You want support after the sale. A lot of places will forget you as soon as walk out the door. Not here, I can walk in to buy oil, fluid, or filters. If Bryan isn't busy with another customer and sees you. He'll always come up ask you how you and tractor are doing. I've known Bryan for years, but that really doesn't matter. He'll come up and speak to you no matter where he runs into you at. Great all around guy! Simple to work with no BS sales pitches or gimmick’s. I've not had any issues with my tractor, but there's no doubt he'd help me anyway he could. Parts counter are super nice folks too. Helpful...
Read moreDuring the last week of this past month, June 2025, I took my tractor to Mountain Farm International (MFI) in Crossville, TN. to find and fix a fuel leak. After they inspected it they said it would new $1,000.00 pump, and the labor would cost me $1,500.00 (total 2,500.00). I decided to check around. Another shop said the pump would be the same as they MFI had quoted but the labor would be $450.00 to replace pump. Needless to say, I picked tractor up and took it to the cheaper tractor shop. Much to my surprise when they examined it they said pump was fine. They replaced some lines and fittings and now no leaks. Total cost parts and labor was a bit over $500.00. Be aware of MFI, at least their...

In the first place the equipment needed all the teeth replaced close to a $240 repair, second place a proud vet with his vet hat on never needs to be to told bout charity. Wouldn't recommend this...
