Subway — Restaurant in Crossville

Placed my order online while i was working at the peacock across the road. My order was not what i placed i specifically chose No lettuce or onions then after placing i called for over 35 minutes to speak with someone to make sure my sandwich was toasted AFTER veggies and i got no answer. Once i got my order it was no toasted nor heated and not made the correct way. Its ridiculous that 1. They cant follow directions and 2. Cant answer a phone... Once i received my order and noticed it was no what i ordered i try calling again for another 35 minutes to see if they would be willing to fix my order and agin no answer at all... I will NOT eat from there again and if youe okay with eating cold food and incorrect food then this place is foe...

Placed an online order and when I showed up to get my order no one in the store new I had placed an online order. When I showed up to get the order, the lady inside informed me they are closing at 5pm. All online information says 9pm. If I would have been 1 minute later I would not have been able to get my order which I had already paid for. This should have been a notification when I placed the online order. Also before placing the order online, I tried calling on and off for 45 minutes and the line was busy. When I got there no one was in the store except the lady working and an elderly lady they turned away with no food because evidently they were closing at 5pm and did not notify anyone. I was with my husband, two daughters, and two sisters visiting from out of state. I was one of the last people in my group to order. During that time, six other people came in. The two ladies working there showed great teamwork, and confidence in their ability to serve us all. In addition, I threw in an unfortunate curve ball of having a severe allergy to a food that a member of my family had put on their sub, and when I explained this, the one server was fantastic and ensured there was no accidental cross contamination from my sister's sandwich to mine.
