Rent-A-Center — Local services in Crossville

This company and their manager in Crossville, TN (Brandon) and staff (Brittany) are wonderful to work with. I have medical issues which necessitated a power recliner for use while visiting Fairfield Glade Resort for a week. The resort does not have any recliners or chairs with ottomans and I need to elevate my feet for medical reasons, as well as sometimes sleep in a recliner when I can't breathe properly at night. Fairfield Glade suggested calling RAC and right from the first call it was clear they wanted our business and would help us out. Once we arrived in town we went to their center and the manager immediately got started on the paperwork and it was easily completed and we were on our way with the promise that they would deliver the recliner within the hour. They arrived, brought in the recliner and assembled it on site. It was brand new and is power with controls within easy reach and cupholders conveniently located on the armrests. This chair is so comfortable that we are planning to find one in our hometown when we get back after our vacation. We are also going to order one to rent when we travel to Michigan to make my stay there much more comfortable. We will definitely use you again for our vacation needs wherever we travel. what can i say ??......i've been a customer at this particular store since 2008....why you ask??......don't really know (wink).......because Brandon, Brittany, and the rest of the crew do what few stores do anymore......although yes, it is a business, what i like is.....THEY KEEP IT PERSONAL, you go in there with what your needs are and your budget, if they don't have it, they will go the extra mile to find it.....i also appreciate the fact that you (or anybody else for that matter) can go in for a purchase, make a payment, etc.... you get greeted by name instead of a generic "may i help you ??).......all i can say is if you're in need of a rental, purchase, etc.... if you go there and they can't meet your needs, it won't be for lack of effort on their part.....i highly...

I have been renting from them from years. The staff is great! My personal favorite is Brandon. He always makes sure I am purchasing the best products at the best price. Anytime I have talked to Brandon he is always extremely helpful, friendly, & makes you feel like he cares about his customers. Brandon needs a raise because his customer service is hard to find these days. If you’re looking for the best customer service and the best prices with quality service ask for Brandon.
