Bojangles — Restaurant in Crossville

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Horrible customer service! My husband and I stopped in to get some boberry biscuits to take back to our kids in Missouri as we have always done when passing through. They only had 3 available and said it would take atleast 10 minutes to make others. We said we didn't mind and that would be just fine. The lady went in the back to tell them we had ordered 3 dozen and came back and said they weren't going to be making anymore at this time,but we could get the cinnamon ones and was very short and rude about it. We explained we were from out of town, crunched for time and were stopping in to pick up some to take back to our kids and grandkids. They didn't seem to care and said all they were offering would be the cinnamon ones to us. We have never had a problem before, and have stopped at many other locations and have always gotten what we ordered. And it would have been different if they had been extremely busy and short staffed, but there was no other persons in the lobby and only 2 cars in the drive-thru and seemed to have plenty of staff. To bad you can't leave 0 stars. I don't want to hear short staffed on this one. Called in a order for pick up. Was told 15 min. No problem. I waited 15 min before leaving home. 10 min drive there.went in. 7 employees working. 1 table in use in restaurant. No one in drive thru. Went to counter after a couple minutes the employee looked up from her personal computer and said if you're wanting to order go to other end. I said I had a call in. She said ok and went back to her computer. About 10 min later she told the ones in the back to fix my order. To more people came in and stood there could not get service and left. Another group of 4 came in gave their order. About 20 min later I got my food.so after a hour from ordering i got my order. As I was leaving the girl looked up from her personal computer and told the ones in the back what the people who had ordered 20 min ago wanted. On top of all this the food was really awful. Chicken was so hard you couldn't eat it and sides what little bit there were of them cold. But the worker's were having a good time playing. Needless to say...

This "fine" establishment is probably one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. They obviously are a huge fan of SpongeBob Season 2 Episode 25 "Pretty Patties" as the bread was green and the chicken was blue. I could have gotten better tasting chicken from the local Speedway. The service was absolutely terrible as we were greeted with two cashiers, one of which was obviously new and the other, yelling at customers to get in his line if they "had a debit or credit card". The new girl messed up my friends order and charged him nearly double of what his actual meal was. The other had attitude toward my other companions. The service was slow and when one of my buddies got his food it was incorrect. When he returned it to get his order right they messed up the new one. Upon notice, my friend was met with a clear unappreciative attitude. Needless to say the even messed up the third try, to which my friend just dismissed the blunder and tried to enjoy his food.
