One Star Food: The menu is not a true representation of the food you will get. I want to say it tasted good, but the best part of my meal was the salsa that I mixed myself before getting my meal (which had to be remade due to a menu discrepancy).
One Star Service: I asked the employees for chicken recommendations, they recommended me a pork instead. I should have taken it as a sign that I was in for a bad time. When I asked about where to get cutlery, I was mocked by the busser for some reason without being told where the cutlery was. I also caught her pointing and laughing at me while I stepped up to the counter for chips (where other Mexican places in Crossville, offer it for free for just eating in instead of doing takeout).
Two Star Atmosphere: The decorations are the only reason I give this a 2. The lion art on the walls is cute, but it does not make up for the poor attitude from staff.
One Star General Review: If I could give negative stars for my experience here, I would. I was severely unimpressed by my visit and by the staff. I understand that we are in some socially weird times, but it doesn't give you the right to laugh at people who have never stepped foot into your restaurant before.

Read moreWhat a great place! I have been twice now and both times have been amazing. First time in I ordered carne asada with refried beans and rice. Also had several nice slices of avocado atop the salad. There were 5-thin cut slices of rib eye steak that was juicy, tender, and delicious. Rice was good, beans were bland but okay. Service was great. Second time I got my favorite thing to get if I can find it and this was one of the best I have had. Mojarra Frita is a whole tilapia seasoned and deep fried , served with rice and whole pinto beans. Nice crispy skin and succulent white meat with one of their many salsas and condiments wrapped in warm corn tortilla, oh what a treat. If you like fish then I highly recommend trying this here. Rice was good and the whole beans were really tasty. I can’t wait to go back and try something else. Also it was spotless both times I was...
