Stopped in , inadvertently to ask for directions.I do not smoke but Kris, the impeccable, effervescent manager was amicable and so pleasant to converse with that I spent a good 3/4 of an hour discussing the appeal of the store. The incense selection was mind blowing me back to my childhood days in Florida , smelling of the orange blossoms in bloom some 50 years ago. That was weird but, awesome. Been to Mexico and some of Central America as a civilian and when in the Navy and did smoke some Cuban Cigars while in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and the Riviera Maya. Well, Kris showed me the well kept , humidified room with Cigars from a Nicaragua to Havana. If you enhance your smoke by way of an apparatus bong... There are copious enlightenments to light your way. Got hungry and not a huge selection of food items but, I did buy a bag of freeze dried confections that were used in space by the astronaut's. Far Out. Just moved to Crystal Falls 49920 3 months ago and very impressed by the mere ambiance of the store and the indelible impression I was left with exiting 45 minutes later. I used to LOVE going here, but when Sarah C was "let go" I will no longer patronize this establishment. Sarah C was the bright light there, but without her, it's no fun going in. She was helpful, kind, outgoing and so friendly, always cheerful, despite the fact she's taking care of her dying mother. (And supporting her family!) You have to ask for the discounts and the others there are so grumpy and don't want to serve you. Get Sarah back and we will be back. So will our friends.

I come here all the time and think the manager does an amazing job. Along with the smaller girl with piercings. The new guys seems like a good guy too. Nothing to complain about at all! Kind of crazy a bad employee gets let go and that employee sends a whole clan to attack the manager in the comments like it’s going to get her job back 🥲😅 hopefully sweetfire can remove some of those weird comments about that Sarah that doesn’t even work there. I have had nothing but a great time in sweetfire Crystal falls. I have always got my discounts too! hopefully this drama gets taken down as it looks bad...
