Great place for some family fun. Came here with my daughters Girl Scout troop. They had nice rental skates and awesome trainer walkers for the kids until the felt steady enough to skate unsupported. Staff was very friendly and the restroom facilities were super clean.

Bring a sweatshirt or jacket as this rink is basically a freezer! There is 3 sheets of ice and overall it's a decent rink. The place is run pretty well and seems like it's always busy. Nothing fancy, but serves its purpose just fine.

Great staff! Super friendly and helpful. Pretty clean place too. Bummed the the concessions and store were closed during public free-skate hours, but other than that, it was a good experience overall. We will be back.

We took our kids (ages 4 to 15) to Public Open Skate and when we purchased our entry tickets nothing was said to us about the skate aid carts being an additional fee. After one lap, our 4 and 7 year olds needed some assistance so my husband retrieved a cart and was abruptly stopped by a Staff Member. He was told we needed to pay to use them, he immediately handed me a $20 so I could run and pay the rental fee. The Staff member followed me to the payment and told my husband not to go on this ice until he returned with the sticker. It was clear that we were willing to pay and that we just weren’t aware we needed to initially. We both felt put off by the way we were treated by this Staff member. To add insult to injury, anytime our daughters needed to take a break from skating, one of us had to babysit the carts because it isn’t posted that you have to rent them and other families kept taking them from us. Meanwhile, no Staff members were paying attention to that happening. The skate overall was fine but they really need a better plan in place for those rentals and helping them families that do pay the fee, not have to...

This place would have 5 stars if the manager Cristina wasn’t awful. My 5 year old daughter has never been ice skating and it’s been a decade for me. First she comes to yell at me for getting a helper for my daughter. Apparently they put them in an area by the rink where you can’t walk with skates and you have to go looking for help while wearing skates (There are no signs). This was after I’d already gotten it and was no longer on that certain floor. Then after we were done skating and ALREADY had our shoes on while sitting on the bleachers she came back AGAIN TO YELL WITH ATTITUDE in front of so many people that I can’t walk with ice skates on the bleachers (again no signs) Now there were several people actually walking on bleachers with skates while we were in shoes. She clearly singled us out and ruined our time with the embarrassing loudness and cruel attitude. I called first to get it fixed but when I found out that was the manager behaving that way, I was disgusted. I’m all for safety and following rules but nobody she talk to paying customers that way in front of their child when trying to have...

I have taken my daughter here for the last 5 years but today very unhappy with a few members of the staff. A young girl about 6 falls on the ice and her finger was sliced by her dad’s blade. Total accident! my daughter and I hear the 2 young ladies that work there commenting oh how that little girl was such a whining brat. So uncalled for. Mind you her finger was bleeding on the ice and her parents were taking her for medical treatment as the blood was still seen after it was wrapped. Second my daughter is stopped during open skate by the same two very young ladies who advised her she is required to have both feet on the ice and under no uncertain terms is she allowed to skate backwards. My family and I will not be returning here after coming the last 5 years at least 1 to 2 times a week. Behavior of such staff is unbelievable and truly...
