My husband bought me a beautiful wedding ring in May 2021 and within the first year a diamond fell out while I was at home doing daily tasks. I took it in to be repaired and was immediately made to feel like I was the reason the diamond fell out. I was told I broke a prong off and that’s why it happened. However, there was still two other diamonds loose in the ring so I was quick to defend myself and prove to her the diamonds were moveable and not set properly, at which time the woman’s tone changed. They replaced the diamond and “fixed” the ring free of charge but since then two more diamonds have once again become loose, which happened only a few months after the repair. The middle one I can physically move back and forth and side to side, with ease. It’s so bad that I don’t even feel comfortable wearing my wedding out of the house in fear of losing another diamond. Despite the ring because gorgeous, I am beyond disappointed in the product and the service I received. Which is why I have not been back to fix it, I would rather have a...

I came in only 5 days before Christmas looking for something very specific to gift my girlfriend. I was super worried about it being such short notice but all of those worries went away once I talked to Diana. She helped me pick out the perfect stone and metal for my gift and made sure that everything was exactly the way I wanted, even having to special order the stone.

Thanks to Diana and Alex, I now have a beautiful gift for my girlfriend and I still get to spend the entirety of Christmas Eve with her without having to travel. I will absolutely be returning here in the future and telling everyone I know...
Read moreI love it here! The ladies who helped me out were genuinely excited for us and our wedding. One of the workers was asking about my dress and how I'll wear my hair.
My (current) fiancé and I brought in my Great Great Grandma's ring because I wanted my engagement ring to match it. The woman helping us offered to clean it completely for free! And they let me try on as many rings as I wanted without making it feel like I was wasting their time. My fiancé and I had such an enjoyable experience here that we recommend it to everyone who's in the market for jewelry.
We had a way better experience here than at another Crystal Lake jewelry store. The man helping us there seemed like a cold business man and looked annoyed when I asked to try on rings. He made it seem like we were wasting his time so he lost our business.
Dalzell Jewelers has a warm atmosphere and, if you come in at the right time, they have [free] freshly baked...
