Mueller Interiors located in Crystal Lakes, Illinois are the best representatives Hunter Douglas may have. Their hard work, kindness, Hunter Douglas' wide array of product portfolio, their kindness, professionalism and awesome customer services are really outstanding. They installed for us 11 shades at the end of 2017. They came to a new house without anything yet in terms of shades, they guided and educated us on everything regarding shades, they took carefully and meticulously the measurements of each one of the 11 windows. We were nervous thinking if the shades were going to fit each window and…they did!!! We got then the Hunter Douglas Pirouettes, powered with remote control Silhouettes, ultra-glides summer line, designer banded shades for bedrooms each one of them beautiful and easy to operate. Their after-sales customer services is wonderful; over the years they have been very helpful when we needed a spare part or two or to replace or repair (Hunter Douglas’s warranty)a shade at no cost. We normally do not write extensive reviews but this time we wanted to honor Mueller Interiors are they are probably the best people we have found during our journey dealing with the nuts and bolts of owning a house and transforming it...

I had chair seats recovered several years ago by Mueller Interiors and was so pleased I went to them again when we decided to do some furniture updates for our great room. While there I fell in love with a sectional sofa in the show room. We did not want a sectional but everything else about the fabric and style was perfect! No problem, Pam explained that it could be ordered as a single sofa. Problem solved, I ordered two for our great room. They were delivered last week and we love them and so does everyone else! Her attention to detail, style, and color has always helped guide me through the process of choosing the perfect draperies, blinds, sofas, chairs, accent tables, and rugs to suit our personality.
