We were originally introduced to this lot and met Bobby several months ago. Prior to our last 2 recent purchases. He was so nice to walk us around and show us what vehicles were there. There was a nice team of people there that day. They really went out of their way to show us some cars. We would like to acknowledge you all and thank you for your time, that day.

Mr. Garrett Watt worked with me for a week over the phone and texts, trading info on my trade, my payment needs, and possible suiter trucks. He was upfront and honest the whole time and stayed realistic with me, not trying to drag me in to sell me on something else. Offered get trucks there for me to see and was honest about a truck at the top of my list not being ready nor in my price range. He sent another option that I researched and set up a time/day while he ran my financials to ease the timeline sometime spent at dealerships. We were in, looking at the truck while he finalized the papers...in came Adrion. Adrion has a great personality and is a hilarious guy. Very knowledgeable about the truck even though it was a Ram, not their typical inventory sold. This shows the dealership focuses on overall customer satisfaction and not just selling one brand or another. He worked with us on some forms while the final financing paperwork was being worked up. We signed the papers and were gone to go eat. Whole time on site for showing, drive, sign and joking around, maybe 1 hr tops. Our girls are crazy sometimes and everyone was patient while we tried to keep them corraled. What a great crew! I've bought several vehicles over time from home town mom and pop lots to big brand stores in Tallahassee. This was by far the best, no hidden fees right before signing...they actually dropped our payments while signing because they caught that our credit qualified us for a slightly lower rate. Who does that now-a-days?! Hardly anyone anymore. Just remember, be patient, they don't set the payments or rates, your finances and the bank do, and their pricing was low when I checked similar models around the state. Read moreI wanted to share with everyone that Susan Chalmers and Edwin Ramirez-Morales from Jenkins Ford of Crystal River were the only one that cared enough to resolved an issue that was on going. It started July 23, 2025 when my daughter decided to trade in her vehicle and purchase another one. My daughter was paying for it but it was going against my credit. My credit of course was ran many times. I am a retired Government Employee which I only make about 70k. They Jenkins Ford should had known this but it was ignored and I was sent documents to e-sign which I thought was not up to par since they didn't know if I was Sylvia Santiago. After all this was done they told my daughter to take the car home. After almost two weeks and my credit being ran they realize that I couldn't get qualify and they ask my daughter to bring back the car. My daughter took back the car but no registration or decal was issue my birth month is August. My daughter and I went to the DMV various times and they kept on telling us that the vehicle was still under Jenkins ford and I couldn't get a registration or decal. I spoke to various people starting with salesman James which promise me that my daughters refund of 1k was being overnight! a lie that wasn't truth. I called again on that Monday and James said let me get accounting on the line. Then he said refund was just mailed out via USPS it will be there before Friday. Finally, we got it but no decal or registration was issued. My daughter and I called I was extremely upset and we asked the Receptionist which by the way is very professional.
