There is nothing good about these guys. In the beginning, they messed up our embroidery requests, we consistently don't have the correct number of lab coats, and usually some coats show up with ink stains on them. They can't remedy this, however, because "some customers just leave pens in the pockets" Finally, their billing practices are extremely unethical, they sneak rate increases in your weekly invoices, that your driver rarely tells you about, and to deny them, you have to write a certified letter.
