I was looking for a book by a specific Author that's part of a series for someone on my Christmas List. This person told me that I could get it on Amazon & sent the link to me. I figured that I would rather go buy it in person from my local BAM store instead of having to pay shipping & then not know the condition of the actual book. I tried finding it myself, but was unable to so I asked an Associate for help. She couldn't find it, but said she could look it up in the computer up front. She did & said there was 1 copy left in a Sales Area. She took me to the area & we both searched. Neither one of us could find it. She said that she was sorry, but someone must already have it there in the store to purchase. She said that she could order a copy for me if I wanted. Another Customer came up to her and she went with them. I decided that I'd just go back and look again through the entire area again. The book was there behind a row of books. I was absolutely elated!!! Not only was I able to get this book for the person on my List, but it was approximately 80% off!! Now I call that a score on Black Friday!!! (Sorry, but I can't share a photo here because I wouldn't want the person to see it here prior to...
Read moreI was illegally searched. My fiancé and I bought a coloring book and as we walked out the alarm went off. Since he had the bag I let him stop to show the receipt and I continued on to the next stores outdoor section. As I walked into the next store my fiancé comes walking down without our bag saying the cashier needs to check my bag. The only things in my bag were 2 purchases from petsmart and a bottled drink. I told him no I was not walking back in the heat since I had nothing in my bag. He went back where he told the cashier this who then refused to let him leave until I was searched. This is unlawful as a single google search will tell you that BAM employees cannot search your personal belongings. I will not be returning to...

What they DO have is a small section of DC and Marvel graphic novels. There's really not much else that interests a comic book fan here. Cullman has never really had much of anything, so it's not surprising. If you live in Cullman, you have to go all the way to Huntsville to find a comic book shop. They have several there. Anyway, they have a few neat little toys and DC/Marvel graphic novels and that's about it for anything comics related, which is weird because they carry so many magazines along the outside walls that nobody ever purchases. I'd replace all that stuff with a...
