Oh Panera Cullman. Don’t ever change! For the last few months my drive-through experience has been worse and worse. It started with a missing piece of bread here and there, moved to a missing brownie, an open bag of sliced bread without a tie so half of it just gracefully fell out in my car, missing croutons, missing French bread, and today you outdid yourself: a missing sourdough bowl for the soup and a mysterious rotten apple with a nice little wormhole. And no informing ahead of course. I understand that working the drive through can be hectic, but why handle the customer a bag without checking that everything is inside? I can’t always check the bag myself and inspect the quality of food. At first I attributed it to the designated stoner teenager employee so I let it go but my god!

We love Panera! With two little ones, there aren't a lot of "grown up" places that also have a good kids menu. The staff is very courteous and helpful. It's always clean and tidy! We have monthly ladies lunch there and it's a perfect spot for our group of 8-10!

I’ve been to 2 other locations and gotten a wonderfully made green goddess caprese melt but this location made it so skimpy it’s very underwhelming considering how much it costs. Disappointed to say the least.

Panera Bread (especially this location) is gradually going downhill. Over priced and very little food. Tonight I spent $27 for my husband and I. We both had the pick 2. I was asked if I wanted a cookie for .99 with my meal. For $27 we should both get a free cookie! How about that?

My soup was warm but quickly became cold before I could finish it. The bread was hard, thank God for dunking. The sandwich was another hard piece of bread with a hint of meat and cheese. My husband's meal was pretty much the same. Not to mention one hour later I was still hungry.

To add insult to injury, when you first pay for your order, there is an option to tip. Tip? I order my food at the counter, I pick it up and I bus my own plate and utensils. I don't think so.

Times are tough Panera. The economy isn't that great. People like myself from now on will purchase a deli sandwich at the grocery store. Far more filling and far...

I will NEVER willingly eat at Panera bread again. EVER! When I entered the restaurant, the counter person asked if I had a mask. I explained that I have a medical exemption and could not wear a mask safely. The young man explained that they would serve me through the drive through or provide me with a mask.i explained that I didn’t want to eat in my truck with two small children, at which point the manager offered me free food to just go through the drive through and do curbside . I explained that I didn’t want their free food, that I wanted to eat in their dining room. I walked out and God willing, I will NEVER GO BACK. On the other hand Sweet Peppers about two blocks south of Panera requires social distancing,...
