I was visiting family and the guest bedroom mattress was atrocious. I resolved to by a mattress the next day and researched best mattress stores in the area. BoxDrop was the first of three selected. I did not need to compare the other stores because the staff at BoxDrop treated me fair and honest. I bought a Sapphire mattress from them and enjoyed the best night of rest during my family visit. I was looking to replace a couch because my cat didn't like the new litter box I purchased and decided to do his business on my couch to teach me a lesson. I came across Boxdrop accidentally while scrolling through couches and trying to figure out how I was going to make a purchase. Boxdrop was able to steer me in the right direction to not only obtain financing but I also didn't have to just settle for something, I got to choose the perfect replacement. Outstanding customer service and professionalism. I went by and they were closed but I called the number to set up an appointment and luckily Rachel was right down the road and immediately came to open up and let us look around. I ended up getting two queen size mattresses for a great deal. Rachel talked us through each mattress in our price range. I was highly impressed with the ten year warranties on the two we got. To top it all off, the mattresses were delivered that very evening, the delivery guy was actually waiting in the drive with them when we arrived about two hours later.
