This is one of the most unprofessional places I have ever been to! They made a huge mistake with a ring I sent in to have sized. The jeweler cracked the large stone in the center of my ring when sizing it and did not tell me about it. Instead, he sent the ring to New York to replace the one he cracked. I was told about this AFTER the ring had already been sent to New York. Then, I was still expected to pay for the resizing of the ring after all they had put me through (something that should've taken about a week to do actually took about 3 months!) Afterwards, the employees of the store (mainly the two older women who usually work there) had the audacity to be mad at my husband and I. I guess for the inconvenience? They also told us they would never do business with us again after my husband tried to show them grace and give them a second chance. They were snobby and arrogant. There is absolutely no way I would EVER want to do business with them again, and I hope that you would not either! This is a business whose owner and employees will not take accountability for their own actions and will act unprofessional, snobby, arrogant, and downright rude if they do make a mistake and you call them out on it. Save yourself the headache, wasted time, and unprofessionalism, and go somewhere else where you will be treated how you deserve to be treated and get what you pay for instead of...

Worst experience ever!! I was sold some supposed legitimate “pre-owned” jewelry that just didn’t seem right after a little while of owning it. Come to find out, the rock on the end of the accessory was fake! It fell right out of the socket after only a couple hours of having it in. My boyfriend won’t talk to me anymore now that he sees me as a fake for wearing it and I also can’t sit right either with all this tetanus accumulating from this shotty metal. Worst butt plug ever!!...

Very helpful and friendly staff! They made my husband and I feel welcomed and worked on my bridal set without charge a few months back. My mom took in some jewelry to get fixed since they were so kind to us and wanted to give them business and she said it was very reasonable and a great deal. I am planning on going back for more work on my set that I have decided to change up a bit and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I highly recommend Ed White Jewelers...you won’t be...
