Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Cullman

Food is great, always warm and fresh, I like the the looks of the new facility as well! They are understaffed badly but the manager is awesome and makes that location run as good as it can with no help. I hope the corporate fat cats see this and help the local management team get a special allotment at this location for a bonus or higher starting pay to get some help and retain the new-hires. I believe this location has a lot of potential but if you don’t get this guy some help you will burn out the 2 employees that consistently show up. They are the only 2 dedicated employees you have! I know from personal experience from working at the largest corporation in america as well as a few small locally owned business’s what can happen to good employees that are overworked, underpaid, and under appreciated. You have to take care of your front line employees who are “In the trenches” daily doing a job you wouldn’t do much less with a smile on your face! I don’t know any of the employees or anyone within the pizza hut organization but I know when I see a good employee and I know what will happen if you don’t help them get some talent in there. To the guys that work at this location, if you are even still working there, just know I see the hard work, loyalty and appreciate the work ethic! Without you guys there would be no pizza hut again in Cullman and that would just suck because papa johns is good but way over priced to accommodate my family’s variety of taste on pizza night, dominoes blows, and little caesar’s quality is comparable to elementary...

The pizza and breadsticks with cheese were hot, fresh, and tasted great!! We were very disappointed that they now charge for parmesan cheese even while dining in. Another disappointing fact was the size of the marinara cups for the bread sticks and the additional cup of marinara that we were charged for. The new size would require a minimum of 2-3 cups to be equivalent to 1 of the old ones which was sufficient. The only other unpleasant thing we experienced was the fact when we paid at the time we ordered our food, we left a generous tip. Well we had to fix our own drinks, refills etc. The cashier literally brought our food and abandoned us at that point. I rather just keep my tip money and you call me back upfront when my food is ready because honestly a tip is not warranted for the service that is provided now. This store manager lied to me! This store messed up our order and left out and entire pizza and all of our dipping sauces. I called back and spoke with the manager and asked for another pizza to be made so that after my husband completed the extra 30 round trip minutes of driving, it wouldn't be cold. The manager said he would do that. He did not. The pizza is actually colder and dryer than the pizza we already at home.
