O-Baby Children's Boutique — Local services in Cullman

I wasn’t going to write this review, however it’s been 6 hours since my horrible experience and it’s still on my mind. First, if you’re going to run two businesses out of the same exact location, make sure they both have the proper hours listed online. Mommy and me says 6 pm, and not being local I did not realize that the boutique had a separate name. (and apparently different closing hours) Making your customers feel like an inconvenience rather than simply saying “I’m sorry we close at 5pm” is quite rude when your business doesn’t display proper hours online. NOT TO MENTION, filming a mom with her two small children (2 and 6 months old) while we were shopping? Absolutely ridiculous and made me and my friend feel so small and disgusting. I planned to go back in another day and buy a couple of the items she pointed out and loved for her baby that’s coming soon, however I will not be returning. I loved this boutique when shopping for my son two years ago and have been so excited to visit Cullman again to stop in…...

We absolutely love this store! Stopped by on a trip and wanted some of their items while my daughter was pregnant during Covid. The sweet owner gave us her personal number and helped us shop over the phone, going as far as to drive to her closed store and text us pictures that were not yet on her website in order to ensure that my daughter would get the exact items she wanted. She then shipped all of our purchased items to us in New Mexico. We’ll definitely return to this shop the next time we visit...

Tonight my family went to O-Baby for the first time. While we only bought a few boys for our daughter on the way, I was amazed at the high quality and great customer service! We will have to return before little girl arrives. The swaddles and clothing are all so soft and made with such beautiful and buttery smooth materials. The store has an excellent variety full of color and fun patterns. Plus, they have magnetic onesies, which quickly became our favorite when our son was...
