I purchased my furniture online, so I didn't have to deal directly with the store. However, I did visit the store first and spoke with a male salesperson whose name I can't remember. He mentioned that he was a floating salesperson. Since I didn't see anything on the showroom floor, he suggested I check online, as they had a larger inventory available there.
After browsing online, I found a couple of pieces I wanted and called him back. He said he would check on their availability and get back to me, but I never heard from him.
I then reached out about the pieces online and connected with their Online Sales Manager, Kaleb. He was very helpful and provided me with all the information I needed regarding the items I was interested in. He also kept in constant contact with me through the entire process and after.
My main concern with the transaction was the wait time. Initially, the estimated delivery was 3 to 5 weeks, but it ended up taking 7 weeks. I received an email notifying me that my furniture had arrived, but it wasn't delivered to the store for another 2 weeks. In total, that meant a 9-week wait. While the delay from the manufacturer to the warehouse wasn't their fault, I felt it was unfair to hold my furniture for an additional 2 weeks—especially since I had already waited 2 weeks longer than expected—just to fill a truck for delivery to the store.

They took payment back from them .After that they got things in motion. Got furniture fixed but didn't last. Folks brought furniture back after taking to fix.They left screws and had to rig something up .That's probably why don't work now I will NEVER buy from them again.
