Used this pharmacy for picking up an RX for the first time; I'm the nicest person, that always even hesitates to speak out because I don't want to burden people.... when I decided to ask some questions, the pharmacist girl ( Her name is Arneze) had to make a point that " she JUST clocked in so she clearly would have NO idea about anything," as if that was of any concern to me.. everything out of her mouth was rude as a matter of fact, super unprofessional (instead of asking one of the plethora of co-workers near her, she went ahead to make me feel like I was an idiot to ask anything.) Also, I had to make two trips here the same day because it wasn't ready on time in the morning (I was helped by Lindsey, which was actually super helpful and very nice in the a.m.!!), and the card machine was broken and declining all payments, which was also holding up the line in the a.m..... and the front of the store was ADDITIONALLY being help up due to errors in the checkout machines, and only one employee having to juggle it all at the...
Read moreYou can never call and talk to an actual person. For my kids medication the automated system tells me they do not recognize the birth dates. Then it wont let me talk to someone. My son in the CICU will leave the hospital with over 9 medications for his heart condition HLHS. I will be going to a different pharmacy that cares about those who use their pharmacy. I want to talk to someone when I have questions and concerns. I feel bad for the elderly who do not have smart phones or computers to look online. Those are the ones who have the most medications. It’s sad CVS has become a...
Read moreThis is a larger-than-average CVS with many more product choices than in the CVS I usually shop. This has pros and cons: you can find things you need and things you didn't know you needed, and you can get distracted by the huge selection and dawdle. My only interaction with the pharmacy staff was to ask if an OTC had a particular allergen in it. (Pharmacists can look up this information.) The pharmacy staff seemed a bit put-out by my request. It's probably because I am not a familiar face. (My usual CVS staff would do this in a flash, with a smile, and talk to me by name.) Last time I biked there, they had no bike rack but had a good pole that sufficed. I will edit this if I spy a bike rack in...
