Wise Guys Deli Cumberland — Restaurant in Cumberland

I’ve ordered from this place a bunch of times. All the sandwiches are awesome. Packed with delicious ingredients and done right. I ordered a number 13 which is turkey with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and garlic aïoli. For some reason, the garlic aïoli wasn’t on the sandwich and was a little dry. Something that I can fix at home with a little mayonnaise so no big deal. However, I called the restaurant and mentioned to them that this was not on the sandwich and the girl on the phone said she would have a new sandwich made and delivered to me. I told her that was not necessary and she told me that she was going to credit my credit card for the sandwich . This is how every restaurant should be run. Make the customer happy by listening to the complaint/issue and fixing it. This girl went above and beyond what I expected as I expected nothing. I will definitely order from this place again because this was some of the best customer service I have...

I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar wrap from Wise Guys and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The wrap itself was soggy, the lettuce was thick, white, and clearly not fresh, and the chicken pieces were so large and tough that I couldn’t even bite through them. At one point, I literally gagged trying to eat it.

To make matters worse, the service wasn’t great either. I had the order delivered, but instead of bringing it to my door, the delivery person made me walk out to her car to get it. It felt really unprofessional. I also called the restaurant afterward to share my experience, and they had no idea what to say. There was no apology, no solution—just awkward silence on the other end.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this felt necessary. I hope they take this as constructive feedback and make some improvements, because this was not worth the money...

Order 4 sandwiches. Asked for no onion on 2. Both came with onion. My husband is allergic!! My daughters sandwich had mold on the inside. When you cut the sandwich they could clearly see it. Still chose to use it!! WTH!! Then when I call and complain they say we will credit you 2 sandwiches on your next order SERIOUSLY!!! You honestly think I’m going to eat there again after you served me bread with mold. This place is terrible. Have honestly given many chances but this was it for me.
