Azalea Asian Cuisine — Restaurant in Cumberland

I have been ordering from this restaurant for some time now since the switch from Jackie's Galaxy through Covid and been very happy with service and 75% satisfied with food 4 star. 11 /5 /2020 this was my first dine in experience the food was good the waitress I had was A++ I would give her a five-star rating I wish I knew her name cuz I would add that to this review!!!! As far as the management this place should be shut down she was so unprofessional and unorganized. The manager who was a woman caused an entire scene for quite some time.... very LOUD.... very uncomfortable , EXTREMELY unprofessional!!!to the point I actually thought I was going to have to go over and ask if there was a problem??? She was yelling at her employees & her employee in front of the entire dining room and bar including staff very poor management skills!!!In my opinion I would probably only call in food and take it to go I don't think I would ever dine in again I would only give it one star . If you're looking for good waitresses I would probably dine in and ask them to come work for you because they don't deserve to be treated that way" no one deserves disrespect like that"what happened to respect & zero tolerance? completely unacceptable I don't know if I've ever seen anything like that before I was appalled by management...

My first visit to Azalea Asian restaurant. There was a very nice variety of options both traditional and non-traditional foods. A very nice mix of both hot and cold appetizers. They also had a nice set of soup options to choose from. I did not end up trying any this visit. The sushi options listed noted with a little pepper those that are the hottest. I tried the Cumbland Roll and the Godzilla roll. The Godzilla roll included the mashed spicy tuna with a nice eel and light sauce on top. Now the Cumberland roll is something I would come back to have again. The shrimp tempura was lightly fried with a firmness. The mango was soft and slightly sweet. The sauce on top was a Very nice blend. It had the sweet chili blended in to give a bit of heat. I usually dip my sushi in a mix of soy, ginger, and Wasabi. Today? No need with this roll!! If i could give a zero i would. Dont waste your hard earned money! Just had dinner here with my wife and kids. My sashimi entree was brought to me with my parties appetizers. Myself and my kids were finished eating before my wife's entrée was even brought out and that only happened because we had to remind our waitress that she was still waiting for her food. When the manager finally brought my wife's entree we asked where our bowl of rice was and the manager was not even aware that we ordered rice. Mind you that we did notice they were short staffed but the manager should have stepped up earlier and helped out the wait staff. While i was getting my money together to pay the bill our waitress showed up next to me and asked to take the money before i even finished counting it. Extremely pushy and rushed at the end of our meal. I didnt even have time to finish my drink that i still had to pay for. Will not be returning to this restaurant...
