Finally someone lit a fire under excitements employment staff i have been shopping with excitement for close to 10 years about a year ago I had my 1st bad experience wasted a bunch of money and ended up where I started after that experience I dreaded coming in. I did extensive research to educate myself on products so I didn't have that happen again. Recently I came in to get my "concentrate essentials" as I call them and noticed new faces and these new faces were behind the counter ready to help or help me figure out my situation and not at the register stuck on there phone while I just wait and wait eventually getting upset and leaving without a purchase I didn't think of it while I was there to get the very helpful staff members name ... darn it .... but she's a very educated individual that is willing to help, sell and answer all my needs im absolutely ecstatic !!!! And are very grateful for my TAG rig and LOSCO glasses Sherlock...

My husband and I have been shopping here for months and we came in today to buy something nearly 200$ and the lady was so rude. She refused to allow us to inspect the glass, she claims to have been working here as a manager for 4 years but we have never seen her. The usual crew is awesome but not today, today you lost another regular customer. Cannot believe that little girl refused to let us see the expensive peice before purchasing it. I cannot believe we were treated so disrespectfully and with such attitude. No apologies were given. She was very snude and im just glad i didn't want to purchase anything private because she would have certainly ruined that too. Her response was "I can hold it up for you to look at" as If she believes we couldn't afford it. Fine, your loss. This used to be our favorite spot but now we're never coming here ever again after being treated so poorly. The least she could have done...

Okay longtime shopper😊Me and the wife purchased some lube that's cost 55.00 dollars and it's sold at cvs for 10.00 dollars . not to happy about inflation lol . But what happened was when I got to the car? I had realized that it was silicon based which my wife is allergic to. So I hadn't what back in the store within two minutes a purchasing set item, and they said they cannot do any exchanges or returns per year.They're a manager we're owners. so I sucked it up and I took my loss and went home well, the toy I had bought.
