Can you guys start verifying somehow that items will ring up at the price point that is reflected on the labels in the aisles? It's happened multiple times now that an item is ringing up the wrong price and it's upsetting to discovered when I'm already home putting away my groceries that I paid 50% more for an item because the price is not correct in the system. It feels uncomfortable and inconvenient to have to check the price of each and every item that is being rung up.
I also docked another star because of my first ever experience shopping here a few months back, the two people working the register/bagging mistakenly left a whole bag of groceries behind the register which contained an expensive plastic box of tide pods that my receipt shows I paid for - when I called to get a replacement and drove all the way back to pick up said replacement (so I was already like super inconvenienced here), the manager made me feel very uncomfortable as if I wasn't being honest about not receiving some of my items? However, they also handed me a bag of items and I told them the broth was mine but the bread was not and I gave that back, so clearly this grocery bag mix up was BEYOND me as another person was also affected by this mistake and was missing bread? It just felt very unprofessional that the manager would make a customer feel uncomfortable instead of reviewing the camera footage to confirm the whereabouts of the grocery items...
Read moreThere were a few good deals. The quality of the produce was good. When I arrived at the checkout, I was met with stares. It would appear that I interrupted a conversation break. I proceeded to put my groceries on the belt and then my moms. As the groceries were being scanned, a few things rang up incorrectly, so I mentioned it to the cashier. The woman that was bagging things rolled her eyes at my me and pulled the items out to be rescanned. They proceeded with their chit chat through my transaction as well through the start of my motherâs. My mother had interrupted the conversation to ask them to please bag her potatoes and Iced tea. They both scoffed and continued back their conversation. My mom apologized to them and explained she is deaf in one ear and doesnât hear or speak too well. The bagger said âwhateverâ and went to open register 2. If it wasnât for the fact that my 6 year old was with me, I would have had words with the both of them. Then they had some family coming in to visit them, so my mother had her receipt handed to her, and was quickly rushed through the bit about putting her name and number for a chance to win her savings. I had to repeat it to my mom. The cashier by that point was pretty much paying mind to her family. I will never bring...
Read moreNice clean store, has fresh meats and produce bread milk turkey hill drinks and some chips and bagged snacks consistently, has other items at reduced prices but not always available because it's a discount grocery. For example, you might get really great prices on a bag of holiday candy, months after the holiday. Or if a package is changing and the old style is being cleared out of warehouses to make room for the new version, it will still be in date for consumers, the manufacturer just wants rid of it quickly. Also, they've had limited time flavors of cereal or pop tarts, snacks, etc that either didn't go over well or are just done on the regular supermarket shelves. They have random clothes, kitchen wares, beauty supplies, candles, towels, vitamins and other items that aren't consistently available, they will usually have shampoo and soap etc, but not the same kinds that you maybe got the...
