If I could give it less stars I would. Had problems in the past, but figured we would give it another try.
We went tonight at 6PM, not 10PM ...SIX (you know, dinner time.)
First: There is 0 chance they will ever have Pot Pie available at this store.
Also we have two kids and order an 8pc All Dark (which we gladly pay additional for.) The response we got was we can't do that AT THIS TIME of night, because then we would only have Breats and Wings, I can't do that!
So I was forced to order multiple 2pc leg/thigh meals which they had no problem doing, even asked if I wanted the 3 pc leg and thigh meal because I ordered an extra side of Mac and Cheese.
I asked for a Pot Pie, the answer was, we don't have them right now (they never do) go ahead test it out, this store will not actually sell Pot Pies.
Let me remind you it's 6PM
I ordered a 3 piece chicken strip meal for my daughter....answer we don't have a 3 piece, I said no 3 piece, it on the menu? No we don't have any made tonight. (It was not busy)
The current Manager or whoever was in charge tonight should not be working at this store, and if the franchise owner does not care about his restaurant then KFC should step in because this restaurant is and always has been a complete joke.
This is not an employee shortage or a product shortage. This is a complete lack of any interest in this franchise by both the owner...

After 15 minutes i went in the front door. I was asked how did i get in there as the door was supposed to be locked. I told them that I opened up the door and came in. They were not concerned about why I was is in there, just how I got in. I explained that I was sitting out there waiting for food and of course they seem shocked. They said that there were no more chicken tenders ready and if they had to cook some. I waited. Then they told me that they did not have any biscuits left. I paid for extra biscuits plus got two meals. The woman told me that they would just give me extra chicken and I said okay when they gave me my meal I got to answer the car and since they were closing and the doors are locked I found out that they did not give me the extra chicken that they said they were going to so I didn't get a refund on my biscuits and I didn't get anything to replace them either. They were more concerned about getting out of work instead of serving the last customers that were there. There was also another gentleman that was waiting for food as well. Upon arrival, the staff refused to honor the offer, claiming it did not apply to their store and that they had no affiliation with the app. Despite placing the order and expecting pickup at their location, they disavowed any responsibility for the app's promotions. I requested to speak with a manager, but they declined to address my concerns. An employee reportedly contacted the store's owner, who then instructed them to refuse the bucket. Furthermore, the employee made a statement that I perceived as threatening, mentioning that they had previously called the police on another customer attempting to redeem the same offer.
