I called to do acrylic nails, but when I showed up, the nail tech thought I was doing shellac. However, it was ok because she understood that I wanted a full set of acrylics and adjusted her schedule for me. I asked her if she could do a blue ombré and she even said yes. As she was doing my pinkie nail, I noticed that she was trying to do a pink-white ombré. I stopped her and asked if she could take it off and do a blue ombré. She said she couldn’t take it off and continued with the pink-white ombré. In addition to that, the same finger on each hand is a different size/shape, they’re not even. I also asked if she could put a design, but she said she didn’t have the time. In short, the nail tech did what she wanted without telling me, and she rushed through the entire service. I wouldn’t recommend this place, the staff might not understand more complicated nail designs and they might not have the colors/supplies that you might be looking for. My daughter and I went here for a pedicure. I was not happy with the service because my nails didn't look neat. There was nail polish on my skin around my nails. The people there was not very friendly, either. I thought maybe because we were not frequent customers. Several months later my daughter treated me to a mani pedi to celebrate her new job. Again, the tech did a horrible job and they were not friendly. We decided we would take our business to Glamours Nail Spa(total opposite to this place) but one day my daughter went back because she was pressed for time and at the time this place was convenient. She needed a full set and the tech ripped off her old set. She didnt take the time to soak them off like a professional tech would have. I would not recommend this place. Total rip off ! Lol I called prior and asked how much a full set of all white nails were and she told me 25 . I even asked her how much a design would be on one finger and she said $5 a finger . So 30/35 I ended up just asking for the all white full set cut round but she claims " they're out" of white nail polish And insists I pick something else so I pick the next color closet to the white and it looks sooo cheap ..like press on nails..... my middle nail is going to right from wrong clipping. Worst of all she charged me 40$ for it....if I could post a picture I would...anybody looking at them would be outraged but because there were children present I paid her and all she said was SORRY?
