I was contemplating leaving this review or not, but I want to be honest with the staff and any potential future client. I started going here because my best friend recommended Sarah to me. At first, everything was great and Sarah was professional. But as the time went on and I became an established client, the treatment became poor and the spa was just not well put together. Sarah stopped prioritizing my SCHEDULED appointment. I would show up and she would be working on someone else, and make me wait upwards of 30 minutes. When she would finally come to help me, she would hop from client to client, and even help with walk ins when I HAD a SCHEDULED appointment. I expected one-on-one care, with the appointment starting on time and beverages being offered. But nope! Imagine me showing up that late to my appointment, I would not get services! The last straw was my last nail appointment a few days ago. I had scheduled a manicure with Sarah, I showed up and she made me wait AN HOUR, to start my appointment. She was too busy helping other clients, including walk ins. When she FINALLY came to help me, she didn’t seem to be remorseful… she blamed her other clients for me having to wait. This is unacceptable behavior for someone who is supposed to be a professional. You can’t blame your clients. I watched Sarah make an older woman cry by her saying “it’s your fault she’s waiting”, to her face!! And she just kept repeating it. I was disgusted and sad for the woman. It’s not her fault that you are so unorganized! I sat pretty much in silence, trying to be nice until she finished my nails. They were running a promotion, 20% off all services. . . So I thought hey, atleast I’ll get a discount for the major inconvenience and terrible attitude. Well I went to pay and she was trying to charge me full price, after making me wait an hour, and having a VERY bad attitude. I said “what?! No I will take the discount for waiting an hour”. I got my discount and left very unhappy.
Side note: I went to a different spa today for a pedicure, and they showed my just how neglected my feet were from Leviann nails. They were super cracked, uneven toe nails and the woman cleaned up MANY ingrown toe nails. I am SO disappointed with the quality of the services I have been receiving from Leviann for a while now, and the attitudes are unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on, to a professional and organized establishment. This spa is going downhill and I wouldn’t recommend...
Read moreI’ve been coming here for almost a year now and really wanted to continue, but I’ve noticed some changes. When I first started, Sarah did an amazing job on my nails, and her customer service was great. However, as time has passed, it seems like the quality of her work depends on how busy she is. I’ve also noticed that new customers tend to get more attention and effort compared to long-term clients.
I’ve been hesitant to switch nail techs, but I’m really considering it. Another thing I’ve noticed is that she can be quite opinionated about the nail designs I choose, which sometimes makes the experience less enjoyable. The lady that took off my nails did it with an acrylic nail tip which was really unprofessional in my opinion. As well as they charged me almost $20 for the service and it definitely wasn’t worth that much. I wanted my acrylics to be soaked off for minimal damage and ended up getting my nails get cut so short that it hurt. They also left my nails really jagged and uneven, they couldn’t even cut them correctly. I didn’t say anything since they were about to close and I didn’t want to spend any more...
