I'm literally at the moment trying to book with this salon & it's difficult for no reason. You can not ask questions on their Instagram without booking an appointment, so I called and spoke to someone who was unpleasant and failed to listen. I described that my sis and I are new and willing to pay top dollar for someone who can make her nails look like they're her own and the tech listens. I said I can't send the picture on Instagram because they had no messaging option without booking. I was told to go on Messenger to do so, but with a little attitude. I sent the messages and picture that my sis desired and they only looked at the messages. So, I called back and stated that I was the one who had just called and was told to send messages through Messenger. The person was very rude telling me she's busy. Ok. I said you just told me to do this and I'm calling back because I needed to know who completed the nail set. Instead of listening, she talked over me. In the middle of the phone convo an answer to my message came through with the price of the set. I stated I wanted the name of the tech and later that money is no object. Just need the techs name. They replied that they are busy this weekend. Still not getting the answers I need. Now, back to the phone convo, the woman literally kept talking over me telling me to just come in. I said I'm driving over 30 minutes away and wanted to know for sure we were getting the person who completed the set of the picture I'd sent. She told me, "just come in. Just come in! Bye!" She hung up. I had a look of disbelief.
I'm still looking at them just reading my messages and no answers. If the customer service is like this over the phone and Messenger, I definitely know it might not be any better in person. We are willing to travel far and wide to someone who listens and we tip ridiculously when we get our nails done. Because if your work is beautiful, you deserve a humongous tip and recognition. Suri Nails will not be getting our business. Please work on your customer service. You've lost out on possible loyal customers because of your inability to listen, answer simple...
Read moreI walked in on Tuesday 11/26, a couple of days before thanksgiving, to get my nails done. I was greeted rudely at the door and told to sit on the pedicure chair and wait. They only had 4 people working. 2 people were working on one client ( mani and pedi) and the other two workers were working on two other clients. As I was sitting down waiting, another client walked in and was told to sit down at the other pedicure chair across from me. Then about 10 minutes later, a lady with 2 girls walked in saying they all had an appointment. Mind you, I still didn’t get serviced yet… that rude worker proceeded to tell the lady that she can sit down at the pedicure chair and the other 2 girls can sit at the nail chair. So now, there are a total of 8 clients ( 5 of which are waiting to be serviced) and only 4 workers. The workers were still working on the same 3 original clients. I knew that my mani& pedi were about to get rushed so I got up and left. I was there waiting for a total of 30 minutes. I got offered water at the end when I was about to leave. This place has very poor service and rude customer service. I would not recommend. I ended up going to Popular Nail Bar on Jones Rd. They are very nice and had a full staff of about 15-20 workers since it was the week of...
Read moreI went to do a manicure sheelac a week ago, trying this new management/owner out. She rushed through and she actually did everything including placing my hands in warm water etc. my nails looked all pretty when I left. The next day however, the middle finger sheelac started peeling off, I called the place and she said to stopby she’ll fix it and I did. she asked if there was more, and I said no because they all looked perfect, until the next day and the next and the next, almost everyday I had peeling sheelac finger nail by finger nail. I dont mind stopping by to fix one nail, but can I stopby everyday to fix each one? No I cannot, I have work and when I’m off I love to rest like everybody else. Had these nails beeen done correctly in the first place, I wouldn’t have this issue. Fixing one finger nail isn’t bad but having to fix all of them is annoying, and haven’t even been 2 weeks but I’ll have to get them done again this weekend, and no I’ll be going elsewhere....
