Snowflake Donuts — Restaurant in Texas

I would give them 5 stars because the food is okay. It’s donuts. It’s the people that are the problem. I purchase 2 donuts every weekend. I actually give them a dollar tip on the card. Then they ask for more tip in cash. I don’t even know why I’m tipping them for dropping 2 donuts in a bag and handing it to me. When it started I thought it was maybe a one time thing. But it’s become an every visit thing now. Today I was offered an extra donut for an extra cash tip. I don’t like being asked for more money. Please stop doing this. This was a return trip to Snowflake Donuts on Queenilston Blvd. in northwest Houston.

Came for the glazed donut holes that are as light as a feather and never any oily flavors. Bought a couple of dozen donut holes.

We also purchased a crescent stuffed with a fried egg, sausage and cheese large enough to satisfy two eaters.

We also tried a new offering a large spicy sausage surrounded by cheese and jalapeños in a crescent pastry. It had just the right flavor balance, but it too was very large.

Highly recommended for breakfast or lunch....

I go to Snowflake donuts at least 3 times a week and I have never had any problems. Every morning I get helped by the sweetest lady, she always has a smile and knows what I want before I say anything. I have never been charged differently for my orders. I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience when you were there. I realy think you should give them another chance I don't think you will regret it.
