From start to finish - TOP NOTCH! The customer service my husband recieved from Shelly when calling to gather information was detailed and crystal clear. We kind of waited till the last minute before we booked and she was extremely accommodating. She fit our family of 4 in! Upon arrival we were met by Sam - which was extremely professional and laid back, as Rick was assisting another group. Sam walked us theough each waiver ensuring everything was covered. He got our ATVs ready and fit us for helmets. Went over the rules and gave us opportunities to ask questions along the way. Walked us through thrbmap and gave us ways to remember where we were if we happened together turned around. He even snapped a few pictures for us! :) We rode for two hours and the ATVs ran perfectly with no problems. We got back to the trailer by our deadline and talked a few minutes with Rick, Shelly and Sam. All very nice and pleasant. This was THE PERFECT experience for our family with two teenage boys. Definitely a spring break we all will remember. They are still talking about it!

Side note- I get that it's hot in Florida- but when they say they recommend pants and long sleeves it's for very good reason.

Booked a pair of ATVs for my son and I to start the day before the long drive back north. I spoke with Shelley initially to understand my options and get recommendations for how long we should plan to ride, then called back and she helped me find other local options for my wife and daughter to try since they didn’t want to ride. She was my built-in local tour guide! Booking on-line was a breeze.

Arriving 30min before our start time allowed us to have relaxed discussions with the owner (Rick) about his passion for ATV and keeping the kids outdoors. We had a detailed review of the machines and rules for riding at Crooms. The recommendation to learn the park and terrain before riding in your normal comfort zone was just what we needed to start off slow and enjoy the day of trouble-free riding. We road early morning and came across deer, turkey, squirls and lizards. Traffic was light in the early morning, so we had the entire park to ourselves. I would say 3-4hrs should be the minimum ride to allow you to explore the entire park and be prepared to talk about the endless stories with your kid for the next 17hrs of driving back home.
