Why am I surprised -another Taco Bell with less than stellar service? I really need to learn-but the issue is I worked there as my first real job after high school and there’s something nostalgic about the food-unfortunately the service is lacking frequently.
Food gets half the stars it normally would since I ended up with about half of my personal order.
This is where the real issue is with this store-
When you make an error, you make it right.
I buy a modified three cheese flatbread-basically recreating an old menu item. Take off the sauce, add Pico De galo…. (Try it-just not here.) I received this without the Pico which is just blah.
And if someone paid for extra cheese for your nacho fries, and you don't get it, wouldn't logic dictate replacing the fries or refunding the money? Fries aren't great cold.
Well-the shift manager or assistant GM (who is so proud of her behavior she not only wouldn't give me her name over the phone, but when I came in she hid in back) was willing to replace the chicken flatbread if I drove back-but the cheese… that was her limit. She couldn't refund nor could she replace the fries. So we could have cheese with really cold fries by the time we got back home. Or hot cheese by itself which, ick?
If you can't tell my issue isn't as much the missed food as it is about the manager. When she said she couldn't replace the fries unless something was wrong with them-I said you mean like them being cold because I have to come back for half their cheese?
Her immediate response was “I'm not arguing with you, you can talk to my general manager” and she threw (based upon the load clanks of the phone) the phone down.
The thing is-I’ve been her-and we replaced the food with receipt and food (yes we usually let you keep it because we were going to toss it). Back the we actually usually gave you something for you driving back which takes more time out of your day.
But today-we could have hot cheese by itself after driving the 15 minutes back.
I did drive back-to talk to the GM. Not for food or refund. But to let her know that out of a $53.10 order, the two cheese sauces totaling $2.00 were enough for the other manager to literally alienate a customer. I gave her my flatbread, explained the situation, and explained this was that proverbial last straw.
We’ve driven back numerous times to this store for forgotten food. Normally it’s something self standing like a burrito, a taco, but the cheese sauce….. for the fries…. It’s the closest store to our new home, my youngest loves it…. Honestly we ended up there at least once every two weeks and usually went back about half of them.
If I ever hear the entire management staff (sans GM) turns over at this store I may come back. But honestly...
Read moreYou should teach your employees to let the customers finish there order, don’t ask them if they’re done after every SINGLE thing they order. Today, me and my friend went here, been going here since it opened brand new with NO ISSUES until today. This woman would not let us order, she couldn’t comprehend anything so instead of waiting for the end of our order, she’d repeat every single thing we ordered. It sounded like the microphone was inside of her mouth, she was so loud repeating the order every 2 seconds that we couldn’t even think straight... My friend asked her for a minute and the lady like got offended? So we go to the drive threw, a younger boy takes my card, and we wait about 15 minutes.. We were the only car there and nobody was dining inside.. We get our food and literally THE FIRST THING I ORDERED, is not there. They actually started to argue with me, and I realize this woman is using the poor maybe 16 year old kid to hide her mistakes and be her call boy basically. She wouldn’t once come to the window, but said we were LIEING and we only ordered ONE nacho with cheese. Knowing I have gotten the same order from Taco Bell since I can remember, and my recipiet clearly stated I ordered what I was saying I did, she was in the wrong. She didn’t even have her name on the receipt but the boy she was basically bullying into being rude to my friend. Then, she SO kindly throws not even half a serving size of mostly chips into a bag that spills everywhere. I sent an email to corporate because just how blown away I was. I’ve worked fast food, I get it. You have bad days, and sometimes customers get so rude that you just demonetized all of them. But blatantly not giving a customer food that they PAID for and telling them they’re liars when I clearly have my receipt and my food nor me has not left the sight of...

If I could give zero stars, I would. This Taco Bell location is an absolute disaster—horrible service, repeated mistakes, and a complete lack of accountability.
My wife placed an order an hour before closing, specifically requesting no rice in the burritos. This was clearly printed on the receipt. She checked at the stop sign and found rice in one of them, so she went back—only to find out BOTH burritos had rice.
Thinking the issue was fixed, we drove home—only to find that BOTH burritos STILL had rice. That’s two mistakes in a row. Now, we had to drive all the way back AGAIN, right before closing.
When we arrived, we showed our receipt and expressed our frustration. The so-called “manager” (who looked about 22-23) was completely dismissive, offered no apology, no accountability, and no solution—only blaming it on a “miscommunication” between the cashier and the kitchen. The receipt literally said “NO RICE,” so what’s the excuse?
To make matters worse, when we asked for the corporate number or franchise owner’s name, she refused to provide either—instead, she rudely slammed the window shut. Oh, and she actually had the audacity to laugh as if this whole situation was funny.
This location is a joke. They clearly don’t care about customers, can’t follow basic instructions, and have a so-called manager who lacks any leadership or professionalism. We will NEVER return.
To top it all off, most nights after the lobby closes, they claim the debit/credit machines are “down,” forcing people to pay cash. Feels shady at best.
If you value your time, money, and basic human decency, AVOID THIS LOCATION...
