Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Daingerfield

This review is for the Tractor Supply corporate office. Dangerfield Tractor Supply ordered three pallets of wood pellets for me. The manager sent them the SKU number for what I wanted. So what does corporate do......you guessed it, they sent the wrong item. I cannot and will not use the soft wood pellets when the SKU number sent to them was for 100% hardwood pellets. Now Dangerfield Tractor Supply has three pallets of softwood pellets. Manager at the Dangerfield store did his best, blame is totally on who took the order from this...

We are nothing but pleased with the service we received from Bryce and Weston. They went above and beyond loading up our truck with multiple items no questions asked. We came towards closing time and we know most people would shy away from being helpful around that time but not these two. They were also very knowledgeable and curteous. Stopped for mower blades since I bought my mower from their Gilmer tractor supply location.was not able to locate my blades. Went to the counter and found 4 female employees talking to one customer. Told them what I needed and they all shrugged their shoulders like they had no idea. Thankfully the ace store employee down the road helped me by removing a. Blade and matched it up. I know where I will be shopping from now on,and it will NOT be tractor supply...
