First time and there’s pros and cons.
Cons: one bathroom didn’t have a working soap pump, went to exit and the door handle fell off leaving my son and I and infant locked in their bathroom for a little bit, I hurt my hand and told the front desk person but she just said sorry once and then that’s it. Not sure what I was expecting but maybe an ice pack for my hand or a follow up? My hands were shaking from the experience, and had black oil that wouldn’t wash off from the handle. The other bathroom has soap and a working handle but the infant changing section does not have a working buckle so be very careful with this.
Biggest con is they won’t allow even your babies bottle through their doors, BUT they sell snacks inside the playground area with seating. So I assume they want you to pay to eat near your kid, sucks for kids with dye or allergen free needs. My infant can’t eat any of their food as they don’t sell her formula obviously. So I would have to exit the playground play area to feed my infant in a very small mud room type of place where the shoes are, but this also means my older child would be unattended or crying and staring at me feed and burp her until we can walk back in, versus me being able to feed my infant from the seating they provide for the snack options they sell.
They also don’t have seating available for the adults so most people stand around following their kid trying to stay out of the way. There’s some cushion square stools with no back support some adults took and used, unsure if these are for kids as it was under “creative area” so we used those too as standing holding a baby in arms the entire time isn’t feasible. They don’t allow strollers in either. It’s a small space so I understand but this was unfortunate for myself as I normally use the stroller as an assistive walking aid at times or would have liked some adequate seating that takes into account those with disabilities.
Pros: pricing is fair, equipment is clean, the front desk person addressed someone who wore their shoes inside which makes sense why the place is pretty clean and not sticky or smelly. The front desk person didn’t rescue us but after another person got locked in she did have a handy person come and fix it pretty quickly allowing guests to gain use of that bathroom again.
We would absolutely return but it would need to be on a day my pain level is low now that I know what to expect, and would need to be sure it’s right after feeding my baby since I won’t be allowed to feed her without interrupting...
Read moreI attended a child’s birthday party at this play center while visiting from out of town, and I was honestly shocked by what I experienced. As a guest, I tried to come in with an open mind, but it quickly became clear that this place is seriously lacking in several critical areas.
Let’s start with the most glaring issue: leadership. There was no visible management presence during the entire party. The staff—clearly untrained and completely disengaged—fumbled through basic tasks, allowed unsupervised chaos, and made no effort to clean or reset between activities.
The sanitation was equally concerning. The play equipment was grimy, the party area hadn’t been properly cleaned between groups, and the bathrooms were in a state I wouldn’t expect anywhere, let alone a space catering to young children. At one point, I noticed spilled food on the floor that sat there for over an hour—unattended and ignored. There was a huge concern for the dramatic play costumes; dirty and uncleaned.
But the worst part came when management finally decided to show up—at the end of the party, storming in aggressively and loudly discussing the party host’s private financial matters right in front of myself and several other guests. It was not only wildly unprofessional but deeply inappropriate. Simultaneously, staff members stood nearby openly gossiping about the situation while guests and children were present. To top it all off, the management was dismissive when the parent raised concerns. Leadership clearly isn’t setting any standards here, and it shows in every detail—from the confused staff to the lack of cleanliness to the general disorganization of administrative responsibilities.
Despite being told by the host that we could stay after the scheduled party, management had no issue kicking everyone out immediately, in front of the kids—creating unnecessary panic and confusion. No grace, no courtesy, just pure hostility.
As someone who was just visiting, I felt embarrassed for the parents who planned this celebration here. They deserved better, and so did the kids. I sincerely hope the owners take a long, hard look at the way this place...
Read moreMy daughter had her 4th and 6th birthday parties there. She would have had her 5th there had it not been for Covid-19. We really love the place and used to love the staff until... Everything went well at her 6th birthday until clean up. I requested her birthday candy be placed back in the box so we could take it home with us. As I was leaving and paying (and tipping) I noticed several ring pops sitting on the desk but didn't mind because I told them I was okay with them helping themselves to some cake maybe they thought that meant it was okay to have SOME candy. It was only 3 ring pops after all. I get home to realize there is no candy in the box at all. Not one piece! So I call to speak to a manager and I'm told the manager is not in. I leave a message and wait a few days, no one calls me back so I call again. Same deal. So I decided to write this review to warn others that your child's birthday candy will be stolen if you have a party at this place. My daughter was very upset that she didn't have anymore candy so I had to buy more candy for her. Still no one has called me back and I'm really disappointed because I tipped the hostess $40. She could have bought her own candy instead of taking a little kids candy which she expected to have for...
