I bought a steak wrap and a buffalo chicken sandwich from this location. When I unwrapped my wrap when I got home, I realized they cut my wrap into two uneven pieces, at first I was like “no big deal.” But as I started to bite into it I realized they mixed up the ingredients from the sandwich and put some of them into the wrap, when the wrap didn’t even ask for these specific ingredients. No where, when I placed my order online, did I ask for black olives, cucumbers, and pickles inside my wrap. It really started to make my stomach feel queasy, so that’s when I decided to open up the rest of what I didn’t finish to look inside. Most of the ingredients didn’t look fresh at all especially the tomatoes, they weren’t red more of like a dull pink. I felt really sick afterwards.
I emailed them about the situation, as I was to tired to call or run back to the store and I never got a response back.
You’re better off taking your money else where, Armettas up the way from here does delicious subs or going to the Food Lion next door to this Subway and getting the ingredients to make everything yourself. That is unless, you want to gamble with their lack of customer service and less than fresh ingredients, than...
Read moreWorse subway ! The owner/manager doesn’t have signs available at the register or door that states they don’t accept coupons. I paid for the transaction and then requested the refund after the manager pointed out a sign they have in the back of the ovens (hard to see) instead of explaining they don’t accept coupons as of recent, he instead said I was complaining because he was Asian. I couldn’t even believe what I heard. Absolutely disrespectful, to try and gaslight someone for your own wrong doing, with nonexistent racism.
He smiled as he said it too, like as if it’s the get out of jail free card for whenever a customer has a complaint.
I am disgusted! Do not come here because if you’re not happy with the business or food they will call you racist for expressing your grievances.
Not to mention it’s slander so he’ll be receiving a letter, he can’t deny it either because there are cameras.
UPDATE; I drove 3 min and 37 secs to the subway in fettler park and was able to use my coupon they owner and employees were also very apologetic about my experience at the other location and they were playing bachata for the customers.
All of their signs are posted on the door and register,...
Read moreDOES NOT ACCEPT COUPONS - STAY AWAY!! I received coupons in the mail to get a foot-long sub for $6.99. Today I walk into the subway and order a very basic sub that's been on the menu for decades just to find out that this particular subway only honors that coupon if you get one of a very small list of approved foot-long's even though the coupon only excludes some of the newer fancier ones. I didn't say a word and just walked out. So instead of getting my $7 for an already made and dressed sub, they get nothing but wasted time and resources. They should be required to post a sign on the front door saying "we do not accept coupons". They know exactly what they are doing though as 99% of people will just pay full price out of fear of causing a scene or being confrontational. If more people do what I did and walk out without paying, leaving them with a sub in hand, they may reconsider their...
