I'm not sure why this local post office (Cesar Clark on KIEST Blvd Dallas, Texas 75216) has not been closed down permanent. I'm signed up with informed deliver notified daily of mail @ packages out for delivery. On several occasions over 20 times have I not received packages and mail on the day I was expecting them, some packages were even lost and when calling to speak with manager I've gotten the run around and moat times told we cannot find your packages and hung up on. I would give names but I want because upper management know this post office employees are not professional and I assume since this is oak cliff area we are stuck with the worst staff humanly possible which is not fair to the property tax payers of this community. Something needs too be done ASAP, new management, and new mail carriers. These people work at a Government facility as if their working from home. It's too laid back, mishandling of customers packages/boxes and mail pieces. and when you try to speak up about parcels you expected and didn't receive the rude unprofessional employees make you feel like your a criminal or worst and their the ones that applied and took a test to get the job getting paid and don't want to follow the rules of a FEDERAL EMPLOYEE. PLEASE GOVT OFFICIALS INVESTIGATE THIS LOCAL POST OFFICE BECAUSE BY READING OTHER BAD REVIEWS, AND THE ORDEALS I'VE HAD WITH THIS OFFICE, A CHANGE HAS TO BE ENFORCED. I would have given no star, but had to select one in order to get my review submitted. This office...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn June 14, 2017 I went into South Oak Cliff Station (1502 E. Kiest Blvd.) to mail a package for the first time. I just started small business shipping online purchases to customers. A USPS staff member (R. Wms.) was extremely slow and discourteous to everyone. I had large package (40 lbs.) and she did not want to direct me how to mail it. She became upset as I questioned her about the shipping rates. She started waiting on other customers while simultaneously trying to answer my questions. She assumed that I should know how to mail packages of that size and all the USPS shipping rules. She handed me a knife and instructed me to remove the Express Mail tape that was already affixed to the package. I asked her for another alternative like covering it with tape. She turned away from me and mumbled something. When I got her attention again I asked her for the cheapest shipping rate that she quoted earlier. She stated that she had forgotten it. I said well I don't have it. Can you look it up again? I finally got frustrated from her unprofessional behavior and took my large package off her scales and left. This is the second unprofessional experience at this Station (South Oak Cliff, Dallas, TX 75216). I am sure not all USPS employees are like Ms. Wms. She should reassigned where there is no contact with the public. I left and went to a nearby FedEx (3601 S. Lancaster, Lancaster TX) and I was treated much better. I will take all my business to FedEx in Lancaster, TX...
