Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

Me and my wife place an order online to be pick up. Once I got there they told me my order was given to Doordash to be taken to me. Mess up thing is I don't have door dash. Instead of fixing my problem then and there they gave me a # to call which took hours for them to answer. They told me they don't handle those thing and the manager should of tooken care of it. They told us they will call us tomorrow which they didn't we called the # again and they gave us another # to call. This location NEVER has the pizza "HOT and READY." Tonight I ordered a "Basic" 3 pizza order of 1 cheese, 1 pepperoni and 1 sausage pizza online at 6:41 pm with a pick up time of 7 pm. I didn't get my order until 8:02 pm over an HOUR LATER!!!
