I was in the store today, and I want to say that Maria had the patience of a saint. I was having an issue with my phone's data plan, and I was in there for over 30 minutes. She called 611. She worked with the customer service rep, trying to get my data plan to work Mine you, I have been to two other boost mobile stores. Nick was able to order a new phone for me and after phone has arrived he reach me and connect me with Maria that was able to make all this process easier for me. Raf was so awesome!!! He was warm, funny and extremely helpful! I thought the purchase of these phones was going to hit me so deep in the pockets but that turned out to be the exact opposite. He found every bundle and save he could for us. We ended up walking out with two new phones, cases and an extra line for less than $250.
