Chinese Kitchen — Restaurant in Dallas

First of all the lady in the front is extremely rude. I think she's the owner. She wasn't polite when I asked if she had any family combos. Then, I finally get my food and it looks disgusting. The rice didn't even looked cooked and it was into like a ball. I've had good Chinese rice and that rice was definitely not good and it didn't smell good either. Then she tells me that I have to try it because is not the way the food looks is the way it tastes. She told me to try it, and I refused by telling her that if it didn't look good I wasn't gonna eat it cus I wasn't gonna pay for it. She started yelling and screaming being rude saying they have been there for 32yrs and I was the first customer to say that. I told her look I don't want any problems I just want my money. I gave her my card she then once she returned my card she threw it at me and proceeded by telling me she didn't want to see me back there again. I told her I wasn't planing on it. Honestly, I've never had this type of problem before and I'm not one to complain but this was just too much. If it doesn't look good I'm sorry then it doesn't taste good and I'm not gonna eat it. Hadn’t been here since I was a kid and I always loved the food but after a recent visit with my son the Asian lady in the front was very rude and uninviting. I was pleasant and asked for white sauce twice to make sure she got it. I even thanked her for being in the area so long and left a tip,,but she could care less. She was blatantly racist and had no cared for my business. After a very long day I left saying with a thank you and a smile only to see my entire order was wrong. I don’t usually go out of my way to leave reviews, but this place is absolutely awful. I ordered from Uber Eats. I ordered Shrimp Chow Mein combo, General Tso Chicken combo and Hot and Sour soup. First, see photo of what I received as “shrimp chow mein”. Every definition of shrimp chow mein I have ever heard of is a noodle dish. I don’t know what this is but it makes me gag even trying to eat it. Next, General Tso Chicken, completely soggy and the chicken tastes old. Completely inedible.
