Worst customer service experience I've ever had at this place and I won't be coming back.
This place is an embarrassment to Oak Cliff.
It took nearly 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru line and that is just ridiculous.
A simple order to get some rice and put it into two small bowls was way beyond what they could handle. They were jerks about it.
The store looks run down and beat up. Do they ever clean it? Do they ever take the time to paint it or update anything? It looks so ghetto.
I ordered rice and said I wanted a small order. It's for my dog who is on a strict diet due to stomach issues. The dog eats out of a small container. The lady at the drive-through said they only have one size and she showed me a large styrofoam container, the kind you get when you're getting a full-size meal. The lady told me that they won't give it to me in a small container. I told the lady to just take the amount of food that they normally serve in the large container and just split it into two of the smaller containers. The two small styrofoam containers were literally sitting on top of the large ones. She refused to do so, saying they just don't do that. Well I told her that customer is King and I'm not asking her to do anything illegal, unethical, unprofessional, etc. She wanted to argue about it. This is ridiculous. When a customer asks you to put the food into a small container, there's literally nothing wrong with that. The customer's always right. The lady at the drive-thru window talk to some other guy who was there, some kind of employee and he basically said no we're not going to put the food into the small containers. They could have but now became a pride issue with them. They didn't want to do any extra effort. I asked to speak to the manager or the owner but she refused.
Worst customer service I've ever gotten here. She was rolling her eyes and mocking me. Start to finish it took nearly 30 minutes to get through the line. Which is ridiculously slow.
It's ridiculous that the store can't figure out some way to accommodate a simple basic request like this.
The customers pay for everything so we should get what we want, especially when all I'm doing is asking you to put the food in the two small containers.

The young lady that took my order did not tell the guys in the back so when I received my order expressed to her that the shrimp was not on the side she took the order out of the bag and took it to the back for the cooks to rehandle instead of giving me the shrimp on the side. You are NOT supposed to do that in food service for liability purposes because anything could be done to the food. The cashier was rude and upset when I asked for a refund for $37.22 for the entire order because I didn't feel comfortable eating something she took from me and went back to the kitchen area with where I can't see what's going on or anything else I ordered for that matter. They could've done anything to my food. I will never go back here again and I will be reporting this company for improper...
   Read moreI give it 3 stars for the lack of chicken in my chicken broccoli. Not the first time this has happened, but I made sure if it happened again I would snap shots. Cheap cheap prices. Affordable. The sauce is very tasty, better than most I've had just the food portions could be better. Maybe I'll ask for extra chicken next time.
