Donât waste your time trying to sell your gold jewelry here. They offer âscrapâ prices because they melt it down and âdo notâ sell used jewelry. Therefore, I find the âjewelry exchangeâ portion of their name misleading. The pawn shops literally offered me twice what they were willing to offer me for my wedding band. A 14K two-toned, white & yellow gold weighing 5.49g was only worth $150 to them because they calculate it as 3.5g after melt down. Just some info I thought Iâd share since thatâs how they explained it to me. To be fair though, they had some pretty impressive jewelry there, but I wasnât looking to buy. I drove across town based on their excellent reviews because I was lead to believe I would get a fair offer for my jewelry. Unfortunately not. If I were looking to buy though I would probably...
Read moreI must say: They have an insanely huge selection. Stumbled upon them while hitting pawn shops, and decided to check them out. Ive been having trouble finding anything decent for my 4 year old and none of the pawn shops had complete sets of diamond earrings. When I asked about earrings for a 4 year old, they brought out an entire tray for me to choose from. Prices were a little above what a pawn shop was, but the sheer variety in the selection and ease of finding what I needed made up for the price difference knowing I wouldn't have to keep looking. In a pinch, I would highly recommend them. They WILL have whatever you...
Read moreWas told today after having my scrap silver tested and a sale price given to me that it needed owner approval. Attendant comes back and says no sale that it's not real . I asked how was that conclusion made, I clearly have marked Sterling & 925 jewelry and other miscellaneous pieces that were tested. The attendant said that he didn't speak English when working in a establishment that has patrons from black ,Hispanic and white not Arabic like him. I felt disrespected because I've never got this type of service before and I only sell to buckner gold and silver. I also am getting married in May and had chosen them to buy our rings which now we will not be buying there and going elsewhere. I wish continued success upon them I just won't partake in their establishment anymore from...
