I just love this particular location I'm very appreciative of the love ,great customer service, an loan's that I have received from EZ pawn I've been a customer for over a decade and I can't see myself going to no other pawn shop Angel,Janella, Chrystal , Woody an its more associates outside of them that has always treated me an my family like we are family Angel has always been a true blessing to my family since the first day I met her they know I'm always forgetting to pay but they know I'm a very dedicated customer an they will take time out to give me a courtesy call an remind me of my loans being due before they just let me loose my items an I really appreciate that I've never experienced any disrespect from no one at this location if you want to get a great loan an get treated like family this is the place they will try there best to get you what you need I'm a very very satisfied customer an I can't see myself going know we're else to get a loan I trust them an I love them they are the best...

I don’t understand why Angel put a block on my account because my mother works for a different location from Angel. She mad at my mother we are two different people. I am considered a customer not an employee of EZPAWN tell me that I have to get approval from yall DM for purchase loan or anything I do it’s kind of weird to me because why would I have to do that and I’m a customer?
