I recently had a remarkable experience at Elite Auto Solution that compelled me to share my satisfaction. Their exceptional service, professionalism, and transparency have truly set them apart from other auto repair shops.
Upon discovering that one of my windshield wipers was malfunctioning, I reached out to several auto repair establishments for estimates. The range of quotes varied drastically, from $60 to an astonishing $400. Disheartened by the lack of consistent pricing, I turned to Elite Auto Solution as a last resort.
From the very first interaction, their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident. Unlike some other establishments, they didn't demand an upfront fee for diagnostic services. Instead, Jose Cortex swiftly inspected the issue and identified a simple fix â a loose bolt. The repair was conducted promptly and at no cost, a truly unexpected gesture that left me impressed.
I also seized the opportunity to inquire about additional services. Elite Auto Solution accommodated my request for tire rotation and replacement wipers. Their transparent approach extended to this aspect as well, as they provided clear pricing and an estimated completion time. Additionally, I voiced concerns about the rough ride quality of my vehicle. The team attentively listened to my concerns and assured me they would investigate.
The exceptional service continued as my car underwent the necessary maintenance. Upon completion, Mr. Cortex took the initiative to showcase the condition of my struts (shocks), meticulously explaining the extent of the leakage. This level of insight was invaluable, giving me confidence in their expertise and recommendations.
In total, my visit to Elite Auto Solution lasted approximately 30 minutes, during which they not only addressed my immediate concerns but also provided an estimate for the much-needed strut repair. Their team's patience, informative approach, and willingness to go the extra mile left an indelible impression on me.
It's been years since I've encountered such an outstanding level of service. Elite Auto Solution's commitment to transparent communication, exceptional workmanship, and genuine customer care has won my trust. Thanks to this unparalleled experience, I've already scheduled the upcoming strut repair, and I'm eager to share my thoughts following that visit.
In conclusion, my recent interaction with Elite Auto Solution was nothing short of exceptional. Their dedication to providing superior service and fostering customer confidence is truly commendable. If the forthcoming strut repair is anything like my recent encounter, I have no doubt that Elite Auto Solution will continue to earn my...
Read moreDO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Unless you just have money to throw down the drain. I brought my charger in for transmission issues and they quoted me $2k to rebuild and said it would probably end up being OVER $5k when theyâre done with it OR buy an ENTIRE NEW transmission for $5k. Obviously I had my car towed to an actual transmission shop (Cooksonâs transmission) who had much better prices, free diagnostics AND free towing, only for elite auto to tell me they canât release my car to the other shop until I pay $200 for them to not even touch my vehicle. When I asked what the $200 was for, 50 was for the original tow to the shop (makes sense) but they charged me $150 to tell me I had transmission issues. I BROUGHT IT IN FOR TRANSMISSION ISSUES. OBVIOUSLY IT HAS TRANSMISSION ISSUES. And said in the invoice that during the âtest driveâ my car made all these noises, my car didnât even move! It wouldnât engage into any gear except neutral so there was no test drive done, nothing looked at internally, nothing taken apart to be assessed, they didnât even tell me what codes my car pulled, and I got charged $150. DO NOT take your car here if youâre getting major work done. Their prices are insane. Better off taking it to a specialty shop who knows how to take care of it.
EDIT (to the response): Like I said, nothing was diagnosed. It doesnât take 60-90 minutes to repeat back to a customer their original concern. My car would not move so there was no test drive to be had. I was provided no âscan dataâ or any actual diagnosis. I told you exactly what was wrong with my car and it was just regurgitated back to me. I also requested an invoice for the towing fee to send to my insurance to be reimbursed and you couldnât even do that. Of course technicians should be paid for every bit of the work they do, but in this case, no work was done, especially not $150 worth of âworkâ. If I wouldâve been given a fair, honest quote and not been taken advantage of then I wouldnât have taken my car elsewhere to be repaired in the first place. Itâs unfortunate how you respond to criticism knowing you couldnât make a couple extra...
Read moreDo not go here! Brought my car in because it was overheating. Gave them details of multiple incidents. They repaired two heater hoses. Picked up my car and questioned them to make sure that they checked everything possible. Drive off the lot and my car overheated! Brought it back to be serviced and it took two weeks for them to get back to me that it was engine mounts. Insurance approved repair and it was supposed to be ready on a Friday. It wasn't. When I called, I was told that it was up on the racks and it would be ready Monday. Come Monday, it wasn't ready. Said I could come pick up a loaner car. Picked it up about 2 and they said give them a few days. Noticed my car in the lot and damage to the foot rail on passenger side. I asked if they had replaced mounts yet and they said no. Mind you, I was told it was being done Friday, on the racks. They called late Monday to say insurance declined one repair but they were going to do it as a courtesy for missing all of this when they only replaced the heater hoses. It would be Wednesday or Thursday. Got a call early Tuesday that it was ready. Went to pick it up and noticed it hadn't moved from same spot the day before. Manager, David, and a tech, Brandon, assured me that they had checked everything and the overheating issue was 100% resolved. Drove off the lot and guess what?! Overheated. Called them and they will no longer speak to me. Called insurance company and told them not to pay claim. Was told that as long as I didn't sign anything when I picked up the car, they would not pay without a signed invoice. Two days later, I get copy of paid receipt from car shop. In the meantime, took my car to another shop to confirm that the repairs on the Elite invoice were NOT done. Confirmed! Called insurance company to request copy of signed invoice. Received it only to find that my signature was FORGED! Not only did these people lie to me about repairs, they committed forgery, fraud, deceitful and unlawful business practices. Now they won't speak to me! Avoid them at...
