For legal reasons, I cannot disclose what company I work for, but it rhymes with Gerwin Dilliams. Well... I work the nighshift from 1900-0700, and we were told that you'd be here to serve us ice cream on the night of 8/28. Well, all of us had our little noses pressed up to the glass that peers into the parking lot... no ice cream showed up. 😪😪 We hardly get anything nice, or any treats/food... we looked forward to it all week. Please come give us some sweet treats!!! 😋

UHHHHMMM NO.... the review is extremely accurate, as I called your company, AND left a VM on the night in question. The security guard would've NEVER been there if there weren't people inside goober.... furthermore you showed up the next night, even tho the flyer stated you'd be there the night b4. So yes you actually DID show up, a day later, which is cool. But don't dare tell me, that I'm lying WHEN I WAS THERE AND YOU WERENT. You think I have time in my life to get in Google and write reviews on random fkn ice cream food trucks?🤣😂🤣 Remember, I called you and NO ONE CALLED me back, but you had the time to get on Google and make excuses.... We have used Mr. Sugar Rush in the past and loved them…but this last time has turned into a horrible hassle!

We booked them to come to our office on 7/14. I was a little upset when the contract had errors in it, the driver was late, we didn't get the amount of ice cream we asked for, etc. But what was really frustrating was what happened afterward.

My billing department reached out and let me know that we were charged the full amount ($630) twice. I reached out to Evan at Mr. Sugar Rush and asked him to fix it and told him we were short on the ice cream. After weeks of waiting and reaching out, I was able to get him on the phone and he assured me that he would fix everything and refund us the difference for the ice cream we didn't receive. Instead of refunding the difference and the double charge, we were charged another $630.....

It took 90 days, many e-mails, calls, excuses, promises, and a considerable amount of frustration, but finally on 10/12 Evan personally delivered the check with his apologies. I am happy to have this resolved, but sad that this is a company that I no longer feel...
