I do not even know where to start. I went to this place in search of a Vanity for my makeup. I walked around and was impressed with their pieces and the affordable prices. The vanity that I saw on the floor and chose, was good quality so I decided to go ahead and finance it. I believe the price was $549.00. I went to go pick it up the next day, but they ended up giving us the wrong one. They gave us the bigger, more expensive one actually, but me being an honest person, I called to let them know. They were about to close so they said the movers would come by the next day to drop off the correct one and take the wrong one back. I was like sure, no problem. Fast forward to the next day, the furniture arrives and this is what I am handed (see pictures). I can't even begin to explain the disappointment I felt. And let me just say, this is not the exact same model I saw on the floor that I had wanted. The handles are different. I was willing to oversee that, but as I unwrapped it more and more I saw just how bad it was and decided that NO, this was NOT okay. I called to let them know and they said returning was not an option, that my only option was to choose another piece. I thought, no. this is crazy. The fact that you thought it was okay to even SELL a piece like this is so frustrating. You can tell they probably pay someone in Mexico like $100 dollars and then sell it here for 500+. If you want to sell furniture of this quality, fine, do it. I would buy it. BUT do not sell it for that price and expect for the client to be okay with it. Because I was financing, calling the credit place was another headache. The workers there took their sweet time sending over cancellation paperwork. I would NOT recommend shopping here. The customer service is horrible when you try to express your concerns. And the manager is nowhere to be found and apparently can't even be contacted through phone to speak with. As you can see, the furniture was banged up, you can still see the wood through the bad paint job, the plastic left marks on the mirror and wood dust was still seeping through, making it look dirty. If this is what they are going to be delivering, then the pieces they have on the floor should look like this as well so people know what they are truly buying. Just go to IKEA...

LONG STORY SHORT- I filled out an application for credit to see if i qualified to finance furniture with them, and I was told that I was approved. We arranged a delivery date back in October, and it's been over 2 Months that I STILL have not received my furniture. Originally I spoke to Kevin the sales representative at the time that no longer works there, and after me and Kevin agreed on a delivery date. The date arrived, and I NEVER received my furniture. I tried to call the store to see what happened with my furniture, and the store owner JOSE CARREON spoke with me and told me he was going to check to see what happened. That same day I get a call from the finance company that I WAS going to finance with before i found out this place is a scam! - Trying to collect payment for furniture that I NEVER received. I tried to deal with this in a professional manner, and spoke to JOSE the store owner and let him know that I was NO LONGER INTERESTED due to the bad business practices and false claims that my furniture was delivered and he's trying to tell me that I have the furniture because he checked with the warehouse and the furniture i ordered is no longer there. - So I asked him if it wasn't delivered to my house then WHERE was it delivered to? BECAUSE I don't have and will continue to DENY these false claims and allegations from JOSE the store owner claiming that I have it. I am a college student trying to pay my bills and this business wants and is trying to take advantage of me! All that being said, I NOW have to file a police report because JOSE scammed me and had me sign the order form on the SAME DAY I filled out my application. That is where i messed up! Logically speaking HOW would i have picked up my furniture ON THE SAME DAY I filled out my application when it wasn't even AT THEIR WAREHOUSE THE DAY I PLACED MY ORDER. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! I have never dealt with such scam artist like JOSE and everyone else that works here. I wish I could give "zero" stars but the system does not allow it. This is, by far, THE WORST experience l have ever had buying furniture. And I am a repeated Buyer. I needed bed without the box set and i told the sale person which hardly under stand English.They sold me bed and When i got bed delivered it needed box which they didn't deliver and the mattress will not stay even on the bed because it doesn't have proper platform. plus it will make it too high for my old mother. When i went back there and told them the situation i was told to buy separate spring box which i didn't want and have to pay separate $90 in just delivery so that i can use this bed .When i got upset and asked for the Manager/ Owner Mr. Jose and he comes out and lecture me to keep quite instead of helping a customer who has spent 15K in last three months at his business. Mr wise guy instead of accepting mistake by his Sales rep and take care of customer wants to give me lecture to keep quite and walks backs in his office and sales staff laughing.I walked out of this place and will never go back again and so should you.
