Went in on Saturday and ordered a lift bed with memory foam mattress. Told would be delivered on Wednesday. Paid almost $200 for delivery and installation. Got text on Wednesday afternoon starting they were delivering the bed with hybrid mattress. I replied that I paid for a memory foam mattress. Mind you, I paid $800 for this bed, mattress and delivery. Got another text that mattress would be in from Ashley's on Thursday. So, they changed delivery to Thursday. Come Thursday, I hear nothing. So I call them at 1:30. I'm told mattress would be coming in at 2:30 and would be delivered then. 5pm... no bed. I call AGAIN and am told it is on the truck, and they are making their way on their route. No problem. No further contact, but also no delivery. I call on Friday morning. Am told it is on the truck, which I knew from yesterday! They get to the house and have my son sign for the delivery first thing with no copy of papers given or left. Mattress is NOT the memory foam I paid for. I called AGAIN and Alicia swears it is the memory foam when I'm telling her what I'm looking at. This place is just a bunch of con artists working in cahoots with THEIR delivery service. I hope they enjoy the memory foam mattress that I paid for not never received. Just ridiculous! Stay clear of this "business". You will not win! I wish I would have read reviews...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe are editing our review to help both managment and future customers. The first day we came everything was fine we were glad to pay deposit for a couch set. When we came to pay the rest and pick up furniture, they insisted we pay first, we insisted on seeing the furniture first.Upon insisting, they admitted they no longer have it available, so why asked for payment upfront? Maybe so we can be forced to choose something else. We decided to use our deposit money to buy something in the store, we did the paper work and asked to come back the next day to pick up.Next day we come and they do not have the item in stock. An item for which we did paperwork and they confirmed the day before. Advice to customers: Demand to see your packaged item before handing over any money, the people in the front do not really know what's in stock, they will sell you something they don't have and will be forced to choose something else. Advice to Managment: Be upfront about what you have in stock and since inventory changes, whether it might still be in stock at the time you take payment for it.In Our case, a family member came in person to pick an item compatible with their back problems, no replacement...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered 3 twin box springs and 3 mattresses. I was told they would call 30 minutes before they come. The guy called when he was pulling into my apartments. They delivered everything and rushed off after 10 minutes my daughters room started to get a bad smell. I checked everything and noticed stains on the bottom of the box spring and it smelled like pure mildew! I called them a guy answered and once I told him my issue he hung up in my face. I texted the number and the guy said he was driving so I asked when were they coming back to pick up the box spring because it smells bad. He stopped replying so I explained that I would contact the better business bureau and file a complaint with the pictures that I have. Magically after that text message I got a reply than they would come back out and exchange. No time no date. So I called once again and was told āthey canāt come out the same day so tomorrow they will comeā even though it was 10 minutes after they delivered my merchandise. If you rent from here check EVERYTHING smell everything! And on your delivery date be home all day no matter what because they will not call 30 minutes before. Honestly donāt...
