I had bought a custom $180 Hat, after paying for it at the counter, they sent me to the back counter to have it shaped. The moment i went there the guy acted as he new everything. He asked what shape I wanted, I gave him a picture of what I wanted, I wanted the brick style, ( I gave him a picture of what I wanted) he then said this could not been done with this hat. So he insisted to get something simple, so I did. After he started everything went down hill. He broke the straw with his hands, by not using enough steam to soften the material he was also using his dirty hands so rought on the hat ,he wrinkled the hat, misshaped the rim and broke the straw. He was actually going back and forth bending and creasing the hat. I also could tell his hands were dirty do to the steam, the hat was dripping dirty black water. I was furious. I asked the nicely to be gentle to the hat, and not to brake the fiber, he then just shut me my saying this how is done, I then explained, I dont want my hat creasing its only lightly bent not creased, i dont want it creased up. He then says all hats have to creasing thats how they are if i bent. I didnt want to argue with him, I keeped my mouth shut.he was being rude. I let him do his job as he say he knows what his doing. After getting my hat I checked it. All misshaped broken and uneven, not even the shape I originally wanted. This jerk just couldn't make the shape, not knowing his job. If you look at the pictures , you could see the disaster for yourself. Broken fibers, uneven creasing everywhere, where creasing shouldn't have, and the side curve flip are not even, even the middle is to the side, I even marked a picture so you can see the middle, of how bad this hat was shapely destroyed.. They dont want to fix the hat because it cant be reshape. Not even the middle rim, So for it at least be even in middle. And they wont even want to give me a refund. Please dont ever buy a hat there, they are brutal, and im stuck with this awful deformed wrinkled and uneven shaped hat. Caused by them. If any one wants a good shaper hat professional, go to cavenders or jobes hats, Jobes hats make hundreds of hats every weekend, they are experienced and true professionals. I would have to invested another $200 for another hat, this one is not even , a professional can't fix . The fibers are broken, And its unrefundable after being shaped. Even if they damaged it, they say the hat is normal, and in perfect conditions and even its my word against them. This is the Worst Experience Ever. Worst customer service ever. Not impressed. First off very weird parking - I had to park on the sidewalk! As soon as I walked in before I could even get to the boots, I was asked 14 times "can we help you", "looking for something", "need anything?" and by the same associates! How about leave me alone so I can shop!

Was there 5 minutes and left. I wanted another pair of ostrich boots, but something sus about them. I will be back maybe early in the day for a deeper analysis and check it out again but was not impressed... however, drove down the street a few blocks and WOW what I found blew my mind...

Les pongo una estrella⭐️ para que hablen con su personal. Me paso algo que en mi vida me había sentido tan incomoda y tan intimidada. Lo que hizo esa mujer (y voy a averiguar el nombre) fue extremadamente inadecuado. Todo paso cuando tuve que usar el baño de esta tienda. Soy una mujer de 24 años y se como usar el baño. Es un baño de dos 🚽 con sus puertas y conectado a un solo sink, solo un baño funcionaba. De rato que entro al baño escuchó que alguien entra y se escuchan voces. De la nada se dejan de escuchar, yo no podía ver a nadie y al abrir la puerta/salir del baño hacía el sink que veo una mujer (trabajadora de allí ) viéndome con una cara desagradable. (Imagínense como me sentí que me viera de esa manera tan fea, como si no fuera normal ir al baño y aparte extremadamente rarísimo que estuviesen allí calladas ENFRENTE del baño donde yo estaba dentro del baño conectado cuando podrían haber esperado fuera del baño si solo uno funcionaba.) Después DE ESTO, ella entro al baño donde yo estaba y solo se fija al toilet y (por un papel que se quedo después de haberle bajado dos veces) dice ella: “esta tapado” y rápido respondí yo que “no lo esta,” mientras me lavaba las manos. Luego dice: “por eso lo tapan porque siempre tiran el papel al toilet por eso tenemos el letrero que no tiren el papel al toilet” El letrero lo tenían afuera de la puerta del baño con unas minis letras. Like es enserio? Nadie lo ve, y en mi casa yo compro papel que se puede usar para tirarlo al toilet. Es asqueroso no hacerlo. Todo esto fue INNECESARIO, y así no se debe de tratar a la gente mucho menos incomodar de esta manera. Esta señora tenia como unos 30+ años. Si se da en el futuro averiguare su nombre porque esto no esta bien y me arrepiento de haberme quedado callada. Solo que me quede en shock que existan personas tan...
