Irving Taxi Cab — Local services in Dallas

Tried half the day on Saturday 08/27/2022 to get a taxi to take me home from Baylor Hospital Irving, TX, as I had been taken to the hospital in an ambulance, I had no way home, I could find no one to pick me up, so I called yellow cab, and instantly got a text message that no cabs were available, I called 3 times over a period of 3 hours, there I was stuck at the hospital, unwilling to pay an Uber 36.00 to transport me 8 blocks, to weak to walk, finally a friend, that was having his car repaired at the time, finally came after the 2 hours it took them to repair his car, when I got to the parking lot of the apartment there were 4 cabs there, ( they living at the apartment) this burned me up, the tragedy I had just experienced as a patient in an ambulance, having to be at the hospital 41/2 hours, I was livid, I have a car, but rest assured if I EVER need a Taxi it won't be a Yellow Cab of Irving....

Nizam was very professional, and courteous. Great with phone calls to update me when traffic delayed his arrival, as well as letting me know when he was headed my way at the start of the trip.

Very nice to talk to. An easy, safe, and fast trip after dropping my car off at the Dallas VPC. He came all the way to Grand Prairie to take me back to Irving. I would highly recommend his services and would use Irving Taxi again if I was in the area.
