To the management of this store: let you to know that there is a group of advocates ladies that feed the homeless and abandoned cats around your store and all of the cat food they buy is from your store probably there is about one hundred to 300 hundred dollars they spend here to feed the cats around your store they might place the food in two or three small containers one for water and the other two for a wed and dry food the cats come over eat and then dissappear without leaving any mess around the ladies show up next day cleaning everything around an replacing the water and food for a fresh one i have been watching this evocative ladies do it for the pas 7 years but lately you guys hired a cleaning person that comes around midnight with his blower car machine to clean the parking lot of your store and this person witch is think is a person without heart for animals or inhumane is throwing all the cat food away into the thrash Like today just one hour ago I was coming from 711 passing through the parking lot of your store and I saw an Spanish guy driving this cleaning machine and I noticed that he saw the lady placing the cat food for the cats as as soon she left this Spanish guy got out of his driving machine an went to scare the cats that just were eating and threw all the cat food away and pointed her finger to the lady that scared of him got into her car and left. There even where this ladies place the food was an small hole under the wall that the abandoned cats usually come out your guys covered with cement now the cats are having difficulties to come out and eat so now they might go into starvation and die we do understand that you guys wants to keep your store in a good shape around despite that there are several people in their cars that using the parking lot of your store as a hotel leaving around alot of thrash that they dumped from their cars opposite of what the abandoned cats do besides what this cleaning guy are doing is a cruelty towards the animals and a shame this can happen in a th3word country but not in the United States of America So please managers of super target we ask you to take the attention of this cleaning guys and leave this advocate ladies continue feeding this animals because what I'm telling you most the food they buy for this animals comes from your store and they always manteinig those areas clean. (I have this on video in my cell phone) Me and a few friends were grocery shopping for our apartment and as we left an off-duty cop that claimed to work there stopped us and accused us of stealing. We showed him our receipt which he had no interest in. (At the time we were in a cart driving it to the end of the lot)We were told to get out of the cart, which died as soon as we got into a handicap spot, we parked it and tried to walk away. The officer went ballistic and started yelling at us to "swing at him" because he "knows what type of people we are". We just kept walking and saying "we arent stupid" and to "f*ck off we're leaving". He was following and pushing one of my friends saying he was ready to shoot us. He unstrapped his gun and taser, and me and my other friend watched in confusion as he shot the tazer at my friends chest. The tazer didnt work so he felt threatened and lunged on him. Mind you my friend didnt fight at all, (again i have it on video). They made it to the end of the parking lot where we were met with at least 5 other cop cars swarming into the lot. Two of us were let off, they put me in handcuffs and took my phone (attempting to delete the footage im sure, but i locked my phone) without accessing the situation. An officer said he was going to "run my name until he found something" and i had "no right to talk because i have the gun". Direct quotes. My friend was thrown in jail on BS charges and i was let go. As i was getting my property back the cops were making light of the situation by stating "i hope you had a pleasant police experience, no one had to get shot tonight right?" Yea the surrounding neighborhood is more on the "hood" side but thats not who everyone is. I feel like we were profiled. We could have died due to one of your employees ignorance and the police involved would've been...

There have been some changes made to this region's asset protection recently which is prompting me to write this review for Target. I use to really enjoy shopping at this store. It is large, well-lit, clean, well-stocked, and in a convenient location. Unfortunately, I no longer enjoy shopping at the store because asset protection now insists on following me around the store every time that I shop.

Target: not every shopper is a shoplifter. Some shoppers are actually paying customers. Following them around the store (and even outside to their car--yes, asset protection really did that to me) does not make them want to return. The way your business model works is by having shoppers spend their money to purchase your goods. If you so persist in stalking and harassing every paying shopper, then those paying shoppers will not return, and your store will not remain in business.
