Wish I could give 0stars. I will be sending videos via email. I was discriminated against 1st I was told by the supervisor/bartender lied and told me the happy hour drink was $4 so we ordered 2. Then the waitress said your total will be $48 and some changed before we can even finish ordering before she could even read back our order. So we go inside and we finally get our appetizer presented to us on a tray as a eat in but we had to get our food in a paper bag and could not eat our food the way everyone else was eating their food comfortably spread it out on trays and paper next they wanna know who is the person going to pay you gotta come pay now so I go up to the register to pay and I’ asked them do they honestly think we don’t have enough money or what’s going on.I don’t like how I don’t feel right by the way you are treating us.I feel like you’re discriminating against us because you have not done this to anybody else do you feel like we don’t have enough money to pay for our food? Is that what the problem is and the ticket and the $71.72 however, the drinks that was supposed to be four dollars the supervisor with the color hair told me me they are supposed to be $8. I said OK well if they are eight dollars then why did you charge me $12 so she tells me that if the drinks have not been drunk out of then you can get your money back so I went and got the drinks she saying that one of them have been drunk out of just the itch so she said she couldn’t give me that one back so she was going to refund me the $12 for the one drink that was completely full however after going and standing around and hiding and doing crazy weird stuff, I go back up to her and ask her do I supposed to get my money back as a carry out and that’s why I came over to register so she tells me no I spoke to my manager and they said that we can’t give refunds at all but what I can do is give you another drink and charge you a lesser price so now she’s gonna give me a partial refund so she say she can give me the partial refund I gotta get a drink to go because I got to exit the place with an open container alcoholic beverage so this is definitely not a great place. I’ve been here several several times never had a problem and all of a sudden I don’t know where this come from I never received the partial. I received another 2go alcoholic beverage drink but open they’re open. Nothing was sealed about it or anything and I’m going to contact an attorney and I’m also going to post across social media so you gave me a open container and you discriminated against me...
Read moreFood was mid and the service was 0/10 (our server was Aliycia) so unfortunately not a place worth returning to. I went today at around 2pm. Upon entering no one was at the front to greet us. Just 2 young ladies at the to go section one (who ended up being our server) who just stared at me and my friend. I assumed they had a host so I waited patiently. My friend ends up stepping out for a call and about 5 minutes of waiting a family of 5 walks in and immediately the server who just stared at me when I walked in walks up to the host stand to greet them and sit them and the family points at me letting her know I was here first. (It was clear I was separate from the party since I arrived first and was standing away from the family) She proceeds to sit me. I didn't think much of it until the service continued to get worse. She asks for the drinks and since I haven't even looked at the menu and my friend isn't in yet I just order waters. After my friend walks in she sits and we wait a good while, before she comes back (without the waters) and asks what drinks we want. We end up ordering everything together. When she brings the drinks by she spills a good amount of water on the table and I being understanding told her it was okay and to not worry about it. (i point this out because she was with a very monotone attitude the ENTIRE time) After bringing our food we saw our server ONCE and it was when she quickly asked if we needed anything, before we even finished saying no she walked off so my friend tried waving her down and calling her but she kept walking (she probably just didnt hear us) While we are STILL eating, about halfway through our food she comes to ask if the check will be together or separate, and me and my friend just look at eachother confused because there is still food in front of us that we are EATING. So my friend responds with "together" and she leaves. After about 5 minutes she comes back and says (in a very monotone) "so do you guys want the check or do you still need a few more minutes" as my friend IS ACTIVELY still enjoying her meal. We felt so rushed out it was insane. (it is important to note that the restaurant was NOT busy at all) At that point we were both bothered and my friend ended up not finishing her meal since we just wanted to leave. We always tip 20% on a bill no matter how big the tab is. This time we did not. As far as to that specific server, please don't rush out your customers. Maybe then you...
Read moreI had high hopes for this place. When we arrived there was only one other table of 4 there. The person at the bar said “grab a seat wherever.” Which we did. He finally came to get out drink order after being engulfed in his cell phone. When he took our order, I thought he was placing the order on the device he had. Come to find out he was texting the whole time. Then when he returned to the bar, he had us repeat what we ordered while he placed it in the POS. As we waited for our food he dropped off the bucket, bibs, and gloves. Along with 1 set of utensils to share for opening the crab and stated “can y’all share these?” Can the restaurant not provide utensils for all the customers or is it that they don’t wanna have to clean an additional pair of crab crackers? When they drop the food off, I asked for plates and apparently the restaurant doesn’t have those either along with anywhere to put the crab except directly on the table while the liquid spilled all over the table and we had to grab napkins to prevent it from falling on the floor. When we were done, I had to go to the bar to check out as the bartender did not drop the check. I paid for the mail and as I went to put my credit card back in my bag and turn back around to sign for the check, he indicated he signed for me, and I asked him where I would put a tip while apparently he completed my check out and gave himself no tip. I then had to stand there for an additional five minutes while they tried to fix the problem which we never were able to fix. The food could have been really good, but the experience made everything just...
