I always go to this specific thrift store never had an issue. When I was in my car after purchasing 6 items, my grandma, who I went with, noticed the pricing was incorrect. After I added the final prices for each item the total was 21.96 plus tax which is 1.80 comes out to be 23.76 (keep in mind I used my rewards points on top of the discounts so my total should be been way lower that 23.76! However their total was was originally 29.94 plus the reward discount came out to be 23.74. I was overcharged. The total of the 6 items alone should of been $21.96 not $29.94! When I went back and spoke to the lady who checked me out (Alma). My grandma told her â hey we were charged incorrectlyâ and handed her the receipt. Alma responded very rudely and said â donât tell me! Show me ! And shoved the reciept back in her hand. Idk what Alma problem was we werenât upset we just wanted to know why the subtotal was incorrect. I spoke to her correctly and so did my grandma so there was absolutely no reason for her to be disrespectful. She then said for us to move to the side bc she had other clients which we did bc we understood there was other people and under her breath she kept saying that she didnât have time for this and sighing. We spoke to the supervisor. Who added up the prices herself on the calc and showed the total to be 21.96 without tax and not the 29.94 that was shown on our reciept. She rescanned the items and said her computer shows the total as 29.94. So I then told her â okay so the receipt is just incorrect ?â And I kid you not she said â no not really, the calculator is not always correct, I would know, I failed math exams with oneâ I would understand the calc result being incorrect if we were adding, multiplying and dividing, but come on adding them up the calc was not incorrect their system was. Overall this experience was not it, Alma was extremely rude for no reason when we werenât hostile about the situation at all. I understand itâs a thrift store but no one wants to be overcharged at any location, and we simply wanted a reasoning behind the matter and I think her attitude and disrespect was not needed at all. The way she spoke to my grandma was extremely disrespectful and Alma, as old as she is, should know better! ( I added the reciept so you can do the calculations yourself since apparently calculators are incorrect since the supervisors...
Read moreThree stars! Because I will probably still go and check to see what they have in the store because I like to âwalk aroundâ. But shopping here is not the experience that it once was. Iâve been a customer here for many many many years and it used to be âthe first class second hand storeâ đ⌠not anymore. It used to be a place that you could go and find good deals on nice quality items. Now itâs just another thrift store with a whole lot of clothes thrown in there waiting for someone to come and take it off their hands. Clothes upon clothes upon clothes. Ridiculous! (Would be great if the clothes were great) It used to be organized and that was one thing that I liked about the old store. Now you wander aimlessly looking at the rows with no signage to guide you to where things are. Just stuffâŚ..I guess they think if you have to look through everything, that youâll find something. Kind of makes you give up looking really. It seems like EVERYTHING has been washed and dried so hard that they are fuzzy and the wrinkles are hard set!! I even saw a leather skirt that looked like it had been washed because it had wrinkles. You take a chance buying clothes with hard wrinkles because they might not come out or if they iron out they might discolor the garment. The overall quality of their items has changed. Just rows and rows of these washed and dried clothes. Quantity over quality I guess must be the new owners logic. Now itâs just another second hand store. Nothing special. Not my favorite go to place anymore. Terrible change! Not the same as it was. So if you go in knowing that itâs different, youâll be okay. New ownership makes a...

Found a couple of bras that were the exact same size and from the same company.one was priced $6.06 and the other $9.59. i asked 3 people if they could do something to correct it. One said " I dont know" one said " what ever is the price is what it would be" and suggested I ask the cashier. I did and the reply was " i do t price the items" i asked if there was a manager I could speak with and was told they were not here. I asked if there were some kind of pricing guidlines for employees and she said " I do t know" Finally I asked if there was a website that I could get answers or voice my dissatisfaction and the cashier said " I do t know" . She has been here for a while so I knew she was blowing me off. Its a shame because I drop at least $50 every time I shop here. I would suggest you shop at Salvation Army or The Goodwill because they value customer loyalty and would fix it or...
