Peking Kitchen at 1710 Norman Dr, Dallas, TX 75211 This is a small buffet that starts around 11:00 am and is very inexpensive 💵 It a simple buffet with no thrill, decent food🥡🥠 🍛 The service staff is always friendly and helpful. This is a easy place to walk in and order some food or sit down for a quick buffet. Did I mention the affordable price for this meal 😁 There are a lot of parking spaces around this restaurant, seating inside the restaurant is limited. Now for a quick meal in the Oak Cliff area, that want hurt your pockets. You should think about eating at Peking Kitchen 👍😉

I’ve been going here for years!! Their menu doesn’t have a whole lot of options but it has enough for me. I do prefer to order from the menu instead of getting buffet though. My favorite is their combination LoMein with extra shrimp. So delicious! Their food and prices are good! The waitresses are always kind too. :)

As far as Chinese quisine goes, this is "The Spot", Last visit the same as always. I can set my watch by these guys. Ways professional. Cuisine proportioned as though you are required seconds! In other words, this is still "The Spot" Update sep21

Typically when you order food you want it fresh and appealing, and while the meals here might have tons appeal. Fresh is one thing they have no Idea about. I had ordered delivery from here for lunch hoping to indulge in some delicious Chinese food. Instead I received quality service with a mediocre meal. -The Customer Service: The customer service was amazing quality service for sure, but the same can not be said about the food. -Portions: I ordered Kung Po Chicken & Sesame chicken, when I got my food the portions seemed to be a standard size about 2 cups/3 serving spoons. -Appeal: The aroma for both was desirable with the melody of vegetables and seasoned chicken enough to set of anyone's hunger streak. Yet, in the end when it came to eat, the glory that had once existed for the dish has faded. -The Sesame Chicken:The Sesame chicken was dry and defiantly far from fresh, tough and chewy like beef jerky you could tell it had been re-cook either once or multiply times. To me it had the consistency of 2 or 3 day old left over chicken. -The Kung Po: The same as the sesame chicken just the opposite. Instead of being tough and chewy, it was soggy and mushy as if there is no chicken that exists and instead they cooked the fat from the chicken. As the sesame had, the kung po also showed signs that could indicate extremely UN-sanitary cooking methods or that isn't chicken at all. The same could be different from a visit to the site and eating at the restaurant, but due to my experience with their drive through I doubt I will be eating with them again. I would rather try my hand with another place rather then eat...

I am writing a review for the buffet part of the restaurant. I was really iffy about coming to this restaurant for a buffet, because the review was 'great', but the restaurant looks like an old barn. I called before I visit and asked about the buffer price, it was $6.40. I thought I couldnt go wrong with a buffet at a price of $6.40.

When I entered the restaurant, I told them I am dining in and was asked to sit down. I sat on the table waiting for someone to take my drink order (as any restaurant would). I was then told by another staff that I could just get the food, before they asked for my drink order.

This is when things get twisted. They do not have tap water for you to drink like ANY restaurant would. Instead, I saw a bottle of Members Mark (Sam's club) water on my table for $1.10. It was a hot day so I drank anyways! The food isn't terrible, but only edible. I didn't bother to stay because the staffs are just kids and the adults there weren't very polite.

I was tricked by the 'good' reviews, but not again. Never have I ever been to a restaurant that doesnt have tap water or fountain drink. This is a...

Good reviews can be manipulated by the employees. Horrible Service and Rude manager. The service was worser than the outdated ,run down restaurant ,inside. The food taste good ,at a decent price, but not fresh. I had indigestion, after eating it.( Thank God, for Pepto Bismal) This restaurant serves food from the menu or you can get food from the buffet or have it to go or you can get eat it at the restaurant. I chose to eat the food from the buffet,at the table of the restaurant. Waiting in line with other people, for them to refill the buffet, a one hour dinner time, extended to about 2 hours. At around the end of that 2 hours,I ask the manager to refill the buffet, she stated" I already had to much food, that she was not going to put the food out" I mentioned to her "This is a buffet," but she still refuse to honor that. We all deserve respect, good ,trustworthy customers service, and to get what we paid for, whether a buffet or ordering from the menu,at the price we paid for it. Highly suggest, you run from this place, whom short cut what they give...
